Walked in and no one greeted us. Which is fine we get it. Finally after 5 minutes we got our order in. They had about 5-7 people working. After 20 minutes we requested the order be cancelled. Apparently they were just making ours. So we said ok we would wait. Got our orders. I had ordered a venti frozen lemonade but it was a grande size. When we notified the worker they were like oh ya sorry about that. They made a new one and didn’t even tell us it was ready just gave us both dirty looks and set the deck down. Luckily we had watched and picked it up.

So I don’t like coffee. You’re thinking why did you go to Starbucks. Because I do like their double chocolate chip frappuccinos. And I had a coupon. And my son likes their frappuccinos with coffee in them. So I went. The only thing I hate about coffee places is as soon as they open the window this horrendous coffee stink rolls out into my car. That is so horrible. Makes my head hurt every time.

Such a bad location. Only do drive through here for sure bc it’s 100% prioritized here & they’re just shameless for their bad service in the Cafe at this location. Totally not up to corperate standards (ps I’m not a Karen, I am a batista & have worked for Starbucks). Only a 1 out of 10 bc at least you can order a drink in the drive through successfully.

This is my favorite Starbucks location in town. The baristas make my day *almost every time I come here. I do hate that they don’t have a many options with mugs, reusable coffee cups, and water bottles for sale. They have slim to nothing on the shelves most of the time. I always place my order on the mobile app and go into the establishment to pick it up. I like to see what condition the baristas keep their area. I’ve seen normal messy but overall, this location is very well kept. I keep coming back 1-2x per week.

The employees are nice but every time I come to this location it takes them forever to make the order. If you are new or in training then I understand but otherwise there seems to be no urgency. If you have 10 people in dining room and 15 cars in drive thru then you need to pick up the pace. You cannot move at the same speed when you are busy just how you would when you are slow. Not trying to be mean but please move faster.
