The items that they make are good, but the service is kind of off. They never have anything in stock. You wait in the line for a long time. And then when you get there To order, you’re stuck because they don’t have what you want. So you’re stuck in line until you’re able to get out of it. And that can be 30 minutes sometimes.

Nice location and staff. Clean lobby. Barista Johnathan is awesome. Contrary to prior reviews, my drinks are always made great! People need to be more understanding about wait times, special requests and inventory stock — baristas are not robots, they do their best with what they can. Have a little empathy, or you can take your sugar free vanilla Frappuccino (yes, not frappe – that’s McDonald’s everybody) elsewhere!

So the drive thru lady from 8:30pm shift needs to get an attitude check. When ordering from the app it tells you to go to the window to get your drink. This lady wanted to “correct” me for next time. Check what your app says to customers before you give a crabby attitude. Hope she gets told to calm down. I had absolutely no attitude towards her and clearly her coworkers know she has a bad attitude also. I saw their face when she was being rude. Dont go here at night if you want this lady to ruin your night. Thanks starbucks…

I ordered a Quad shot, white mocha and was handed a tall cup with one shot in it and nothing else…. the second drink was also made incorrect. When asked to correct the order the cashier was rude and annoyed even tho she is the one who took the order incorrect. Dont waste your time here.

Long wait times both via the drive or inside. Waited over 20 min for my drink order. I asked for light ice and 2 scoops of strawberries. I order this drink all the time and know it by looks. I questioned the man who handed it to me. Stating it was not light ice and or 2 scoops of berry. He said well I tried and walked away. I have never had such rude service or poor drink standards from a Starbucks. I won’t be returning to this location which is a shame my doctor is across the street.
