Great barista’s. Google maps did very well on directions for this location with many new roads and routes available. My only suggestion is to make sure that you have the correct address and not just the city or you might end up being located to the Starbucks in the Smith’s grocery store.

I never have problems with this location. But today I ordered online so I could pick my drink up inside so it would be faster. I have a toddler with me and needed to just quickly pick it up. I got here and the lobby was completely closed. I got in line for the drive through and I sat in the drive through for over a half hour. It got my drink and it wasn’t mixed anymore and the food I got was completely cold. There wasn’t any way to cancel my order so I couldn’t even get my money back for it.

The employee Erin needs to be educated on Starbucks drink policy’s. I called in to say I didn’t like a drink I had just purchased and she flat out told me no to making a different drink. This is one of the reasons I’m such a loyal customer to Starbucks. I’ve never had a problem with getting my drink or food item exchanged before. She apparently isn’t knowledgeable of starbucks policies

So, once again they forgot about my coffee. I don’t understand this. I order a coffee and a cinnamon coffee cake and the cake is ready in under a minute but the coffee they forget about. The staff brought over the coffee a few minutes later but why the lack of follow through?

Seems like most food places in/near Saratoga Springs really struggle. Each time I’ve been to this Starbucks location, they’ve knocked it out of the park. Order is always correct and usually quick. Today (Sat) I went through the drive through to grab a coffee while running errands about 9am. I’ve never been through so fast. It was great and the staff was very friendly. I wish whoever is training the staff here could train for all the food places nearby. Bravo. Keep up the great work.
