I stopped at the Fred Meyer Starbucks to get two cups of coffee for me and my wife while we got a few groceries with our kids. There was a Fred Meyer employee in front of us. After she finished ordering she kept talking to the Starbucks employees for a few minutes unaware that my wife and I were behind her. I kind of wish the Starbucks employee would have been kind enough just to say, “Hey hold on minute I have two customers waiting, let me take their order really quick.” After the Fred Meyer employee finally moved, the Starbucks employee Ell took our oder. Then while she was preparing our order she keep gossiping about another employee who wasn’t there saying she didn’t like having to do someone else’s job in front of me, her co-workers, and some Fred Meyers employees. I think she may have been called in or something. Ell – instead of gossiping about other coworkers maybe you should work on your customer service skills and focus on getting your customers taken care of. No one wants hear about the Starbucks drama we just want coffee!!!

Starbucks pricing is generally high. The coffee is not very good, it’s like going to the fast food of coffee joints. There’s many other local coffee houses around that I would suggest instead.

Been here several times, I’m tired of the baristas messing up our drinks. How hard is it to make 2 simple drinks. We repeated our order twice and she repeated them back. We get up there, she completely didn’t add one drink and the other wasn’t blended right (we told her 4 times DOUBLE BLENDED. ) The drink forgotten was a pink drink-very simple right off the menu the other was a bit more to it Mango-dragon fruit 2 pumps of classic 2 pumps raspberry double blended. If this wasn’t the nearest Starbucks (30mins away) we would never come here again.

I ordered from here today. My daughter probably took five minutes trying to order and changing her order time after time. The man taking the order was extremely patient didnt screw anything up. To top it off I tried to tip on my credit card and he ran it before I had a chance to add the tip. He told me not to worry about it and have a nice day. Honestly, I’ll drive the extra mile to this Starbucks from now on.

Closing two hours early? What’s going on? I’d like my coffee when you say you’ll be open. Drove 15 minutes to be told it’s closed. Barista wasn’t very nice either.

It was fine. Somehow their drinks are inconsistent from location to location. I had a black tea with 3 honeys and soy milk in Utah and it was awesome. This location I ordered the same thing and it was mediocre at best. I pretty well always go to Dutch Bros. for the consistency.
