The staff here is amazing!!! My drinks are always prefect and they helped figure out one for my own teen who had no idea what to get but and idea of what flavors he wanted. My only issue is their drive Thru…. it’s hell on your vehicle. The state of it is just nasty and the large hole as you enter is gonna take out someone front end. During the winter you slide trying to order. It could use redone and a good leveling. Other wise this place would be five stars!

We love Starbucks but this place was awful. Slow and forgot our order. Took them 30 minutes and constant reminders for them to take action. I don’t usually leave reviews, but we just asked for an Americano. Mistakes happen, but this seems like a common theme. Avoid this place if you value your time.

Honestly, The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to many of them regularly over many years, across Colorado & the nation. Gillette’s is THE Slowest by far. I’ve had regular disappointments with this store. After waiting 30min in line when there were only 2-3 ppl in front of me for the drive thru, I finally decided to check the reviews & leave one of my own. … They never ask me if I want to use my points for a free drink/food item. Idk if they never stock it, but they didn’t have Sriracha. They don’t have fresh blueberries for the oatmeal. (I didn’t know there was such a thing. I thought they all had the fresh option. The sign/menu should state that it’s dried & not fresh!!!) … I also had a situation once where I went inside & they messed up my drink, which was just a large coffee with cream & sugar. They handed me my coffee & there was nothing in it. Ok. I thought fine, I’ll go add it myself, but to my disappointment they don’t have cream & sugar out for ppl to access. 🙁 I had to go back twice which included a lot of waiting. When they handed me my drink back the lid wasn’t all the way on & it spilled all over. Another customer rushed to help clean it up & asked them for an extra cup for me because app their cups are flimsy.

The employees are pretty much indifferent to the customers, they are not mean or anything. The internet speeds are really nice, the location was very clean for the two days I spent there.

I love our local Starbucks! They have some of the best customer service. One thing i absolutely love is that they offer the pickup option it saves me a lot of time!! I also love that majority of the staff now knows who i am and i always get addressed by my name! It gives such a personal touch to my experience! The staff is amazing and they always make my drink perfect! No complaints! Thank you Starbucks staff you rock!
