I always ask for my drinks to be warm instead of hot, but they have yet to achieve this. I’ve burnt my tongue countless times but that never happens at other Starbucks. So be mindful of this so you don’t injure yourself/your kids.

I used to love this Starbucks but recently they have really slacked. The last 5 times I’ve been they have messed up at least one thing if not all of the order. They constantly make you feel like a burden for asking for something to be corrected. If they don’t have your mobile order it’s your problem, then they miraculously “find it” then attempt to charge you at the window, and then give you the wrong order! Do your self a favor and go to a different location or support a local coffee shop instead.

Terrible experience at this Starbucks. I was sitting for about 10 minutes waiting for others to join me before ordering when a staff member came over and rudely told me I couldn’t be there without buying something. I explained that I was waiting for the rest of my party, but instead of showing any courtesy, she doubled down and again told me that I can’t use the cafe if I don’t order. Again, I told her I was waiting for others, she proceeded to glare at me, and in a condescending tone said, “well I’ll check in again.”

I understand policy, but there’s no excuse for staff being rude, dismissive, or treating paying customers like they don’t belong. The attitude was unnecessary and unprofessional, and it made the entire visit uncomfortable. I will never come back to this Starbucks, there’s a much kinder one up the road on Baptist.

Great employees, nice smiles, quick service. Clean and cute establishment. Got a hot macchiato, almost NO caramel taste to it & had a little tiny piece of plastic cellophane in it….I had to spit out. Creamy texture, coffee part was perfect….but….:0( Will NEVER go back.

How to ruin your day wake up late no time to make coffee so I go to Starbucks pull up to the drive thru grab my coffee on the way to work take a sip and it tastes like shit literally cold water and ice for 8 dollars then the app still asks for a tip this feels like a scam I’m done with Starbucks

Google Review for Starbucks – August 24, 2024

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Starbucks location this morning. Despite opening at 5:30 AM, there were customers waiting in line outside before that time, but the staff made no effort to assist us earlier. They sat inside doing nothing until exactly 5:30 AM, which was frustrating given the situation.

When I finally reached the order screen, the employee greeted me in an unwelcoming, rude tone. As I began placing my order, she repeatedly interrupted with, “Is that all?” in a very dismissive way. When I requested an avocado spread, she responded in the same unpleasant tone. The whole interaction felt rushed and disrespectful.

I eventually decided to drive off without completing my order, but as I passed by, the employee attempted to apologize, claiming she was losing her voice. Frankly, the attitude felt intentional, not due to a lost voice. The employee in question was a woman with black hair, a nose piercing, and several visible tattoos (including a snake tattoo on her arm), wearing a black shirt and ripped jeans.

This encounter left a negative impact on my morning. I hope management can address this type of behavior, as customer service should be much more courteous and respectful. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was completely uncalled for and needs to be brought to attention.

With Starbucks new CEO, there are some welcome changes. The free refills are for everyone and you don’t have to scan your app. This is on non-craft drinks such as drip coffee, tea, etc. Also, they have reintroduced the self-serve bar with cream, milk, stir sticks, etc.
