I order delivery tonight and noticed my driver looking around his car for about five minutes before walking my order to the door. I finally opened the door and he told me he was looking for a pen. Unfortunately, my order looked like it had been dropped. After opening my wings, I found leaves and other debris in the food container.
I’m now assuming the driver was putting the food back in the container. This is unacceptable regardless of how the leaves got in my food.
Never ordering from this location again.

Well, I looked the pizza maker right in the eye and confirmed that she had added extra chicken. I can tell that she didn’t like the pizza she made because it was a mess. I am so tired of bad service and giving me what you would not feed your own family. It was not the best and I complimented the service before she gave me the pizza. It would have been okay if she made the pizza again. This review would be much different. I’m disappointed because she was the first woman I saw working there and she gave me the worst pizza. Snd it was supposed to have bacon on it also. The order was BBq Bacon Chicken pizza. The atmosphere was tainted as a result. SMH. It will be awhile before me and my family go back.

Yesterday being July 28 around 3pm I placed an order online for a 5pm delivery. Now I order papa John’s at least twice a week and it’s always been on point but nothing is more frustrating when you pre-order your food two hours in advance and yeah, it is still late. The food was good as always I just didn’t like the late delivery.

Delivery was on time and the guy was very friendly. Food was fresh. My only complaint was I ordered and paid for extra pizza sauce. It came in a small store made container not like the company prepackaged ones. It was literally 2 teaspoons of sauce. Very disappointing!

We ordered some wings, a side a cheese sticks, and a 2 liter for delivery. We ordered it at 7:38; it said it’d arrived in about 35 minutes. It did not arrive until AFTER 9. It was barely warm. AND they forgot our drink. The delivery driver said he’d be right back with it. After waiting another 30 minutes, I called to check on it. The “manager” informed me that the delivery driver still had to make some other deliveries before dropping off the drink. The manager offered no solutions to help fix this issue. I am currently STILL waiting on a 2 liter. (It’s 9:40, I ordered it at 7:30)

My fiance and went to Papa Jhons Pizzia yesterday. We had a wonderful and very tasty Pizza!!! It was absolutely, Great!!! One of our Best, customer service!!! James, was Outstanding In Customer Service!!! Again, our Pizza was amazingly delicious!!! We will return again!!! This was the Cottage hill & University location.

Just ordered some pizza for delivery spent 50 dollars on food and 12 dollar tip for driver. I tried to request plates and cups in the other info box but did not have room after explaining where my apartment is so I called the store and they said I have to do that when I place my order so I said okay and hung up I then called again and asked them to please update my order to include plates and cups and they said they would. Well pizza arrives and no cups or plates also missing an extra ranch dip for my wings and some cheese sauce for my breadsticks not a huge deal but pretty annoying and customer service received from employee in store was sub par. However the driver forgot my 2 liter and said it was in the car and she promptly got from her car and was apologetic for the plates and cups. I expected more from them I can see not getting cups and plates since I called them in and as stupid as extra sauce is its the principal
