Jaden was great! He understood my frustration with my purchase of the Starbucks tumbler, and the lids that come with them that seem to keep falling apart. He offered me some information about the product and where I could buy new lids. He sympathized with me and even offered me a drink! His customer service was exceptional considering he couldn’t do anything about the issue itself. Has anyone else had their lids falling apart on the steel tumblers?

I live going between Starbucks with a busy schedule, so this Starbucks having a new reason every single time I visit to try not accommodate dark roast even a pour over, sometimes inside but mostly through drive through, is absolutely baffling. Not to mention it took 20 mins and then when I asked if it was coming they realized they had not even started it. For a tall pour over. Dark roast being too much too do before 7 am past 10am is not this locations problem. Will not revisit.

Just an average srarbucks, the refresher have always tasted very water downed compared to other starbucks I have been to and their foams are very thin. Also forgotten parts of my orders in past. Other than that just a regular starbucks

They overcharged me for a drink that was not even the correct size. I got a Venti and the drink was half full with a large amount of whipped cream to fill the extra space.

This starbucks has not given me my credit card back TWICE after going through the drive through and when I called them to retrieve it they said they put it in a bowl with their cash (like the tip jar!!!) and I can come get it. I asked them to check for my other card that they took the week prior and they put me on hold and now they’ve taken their phones offline and I keep calling to talk with a manager but I get the busy signal. I cannot believe their workers take people’s cards like this and don’t even put them in a safe place. I literally have no credit card to get gas this afternoon and don’t live in the area.

Love the new place. Not as crowded as the old location. Plenty of seating for everyone including handicapped. It’s huge but still not as big as the Greenwood Village location. This location does have meeting room seating with a large table for 12 people. This location now has a drive through. Diabetic-friendly food options available.

I’ve hesitated to do this for some time now as I myself worked in customer service for years and know how demanding and draining it can be. But as an avid Starbucks customer who goes multiple time a week, this location consistently has the worst service out of any I’ve experienced – it is the closest to my house so I am a regular customer. 9/10 of times when I order via mobile app my drink is given to the drive thru line and I stand there waiting for 10+ minutes for it and have to flag down an employee to ask them to look for it. Every time I go inside and bring in a personal cup and intentionally say I’d like my drink in said personal cup (while clearly holding the lid in my hand), they immediately go and make it in a plastic cup and leave my personal cup randomly sitting on the counter by the register. This has happened 4+ times now. And these things don’t only happen when they’re busy (which would be understandable), but often when I am one of the only people in the actual building.
