I went here this morning for mother’s Day. I ordered ahead and when we got there there was nowhere to park and when I got inside it was absolutely slammed. We had to wait a long time for our coffee but by doing that I watched the staff working as efficiently and as quickly as possible to serve their customers. I did see an angry customer or two and the staff very politely took care of the issue. Everyone seemed like they were working together to get through all the tickets. The woman that served us the coffee was extremely kind even in all the chaos. Eventually I did get my coffee and it was well worth the wait and delicious!

First time at this location, and those folks there are working fast and furious and still manage to look up and greet you as you come in. Service was on point. If I go back to Dripping I’ll definitely stop in again. Only drawback is that you can’t order ahead but I’m sure it’s coming. Thanks guys!

I visit this location daily. It’s the only Starbucks within a 15-mile radius, so it gets very busy! You’ll see long lines every morning, but don’t be discouraged. The staff here are well trained and super efficient. They get the orders out quickly and correctly! The line moves fast, and Jeff and all the employees are helpful and friendly! Always a pleasant experience!

I have been having a particularly difficult week and the sweet woman who was at the window completely made my day. She was so kind to me and that kindness bled into the rest of my morning, I’ve been smiling since I got my coffee! 🙂

Is love to say that there is something unique about this particular location…, but I’d be lying. Same smell, same music, same flavors and options. The service was prompt and we no problems with the order. This location was not very busy mid day, and uncrowded.

It’s a Starbucks what can I say, nothing unusual about this location. Friendly staff, great drinks but that means paying 8 dollars for a coffee if your into that. It’s great every once and a while but obviously pricey

Reagan was so sweet and helped us when I miscommunicated my order! This our first time in dripping springs and she made my sister and I feel so welcome! Thank you! ♥️

The only improvement I would wish is iced caramel macchiato in a size trenta.

My son and I stopped by this location yesterday and were surprised on how quickly they were trying to get us out of there. We usually get off so my son can see his snack options but we did not feel welcomed in this location. It seems they were in a hurry to close. (We walked in around noon) They served my tea with double cups and do not think they realized this. The main issue is that the lid did not close that well so as I am trying to drink this tea it spilled on me. While I understand some stores may have specific store hours, providing top customer service should always be a priority.

I try to be patient and understanding especially working in the food industry…but the guy that was working the drive through this morning…what the heck. I placed a mobile order and when I got to the window I was asked what my order was and that’s fine I get that so I showed them the order. Minutes passed and my drinks were brought out. I also ordered food so I was waiting for a while when the guy working the drive through finally asked me if that was it. I told him no that I ordered food as well and told him what the food order was. He came back minutes later with part of the order and told me to have a nice day. I told him there was more and he looked confused and went to find the rest of it. The whole experience was frustrating and then the didn’t give straws for the drinks that needed it. First world problems I know but they needed straws. The mobile order process needs work. This is the only Starbucks that I have issues with and I go to it because it’s convenient. I guess I won’t anymore.
