So happy there’s a Starbucks near me now. They just opened so a long wait and the wrong drink, no issue. When I did receive receive the right drink it was perfect. Second. Isit, we got there before 9, but we we told they are closed when we finally got to order. We had to wait at 30 min for people ahead of us to leave before we could leave. That is poor customer service.

I’m all for giving businesses a chance when they first open. But I’ve given this Starbucks many chances and been disappointed MANY times. Do the employees not read the tags? Why do I order an iced drink and it comes to me hot, when the tag says iced? They need to get it together. At least read the order correctly!
