NITRO COLD BREW. Finally a Starbucks near by that has it. It’s like drinking a Guinness Coffee for breakfast. What an awesome way to start the day. The Starbucks is a new style, open and inviting. The service was quick, friendly and above the norm for a Starbucks. Very clean also. This one is a slice above the rest. Glad I decided to swing on by. Remember, if you aren’t happy with what they gave you have them remake it. They will.

This is my first time coming to this location and man this is by far the best set up of all the Starbucks i have been to (i have been to 8 in Houston). The staff us great, like at every Starbucks, very clean, plenty of outlets (huge plus).

I ordered my drink today around 6:45. I gave them my rewards info and paid. They gave me my drink with a straw and unfortunately it fell. I waited there for about 3 min almost no one came back to the window to check why I had not moved forward. I proceeded to try and get their attention by saying excuse me. Finally a young lady approached me. As she handed me the straw she rolled her eyes as I drove off. Very rude. I won’t be coming back to this location where I have to deal with bad attitudes.

I’ve visited this Starbucks as the other one had no WiFi working. Stephanie served me at the till and she has amazing customer service skills. I noticed the whole team working around 2pm on April 26th, 2023 were very cheerful. I highly recommend this place.

Oh Mo City Starbucks. How do I love thee? Let me count the ways (listed in no particular order):
1) Three big tables inside with ample room for studying on (but also several smaller tables).
2) No bar stools! My feet can touch the ground sitting on every chair! Bar stools really annoy me at other locations.
3) Outlets everywhere! By every table and underneath the larger center tables. Including USB outlets!
4) Hooks to hang your backpack or purse on
5) Large outdoor COVERED patio
6) Nitro brew coffee available
7) Friendly staff
This is an excellent location to be really productive in and as a grad student I appreciate these details. But it’s also a great place to socialize, especially on the outdoor patio on a nice day. Love it here!
