Come on Arbys do better. If I order online I want fresh food not your shitty fries that look like you scraped them out of the garbage. Our money is hard earned. I expect better quality.

Just went through the drive through and pulled away to eating some fries and they are so gross, the fryers definitely needs clean cause you cane only tast greece in the fries. The comunicatuon from the drive though was annoying and we had to reapeat our order like 6 or 7 times and still went up to pick up shirt on info about the order. They didnt tell us they had one size shake so they just chose the size for us instead of asking. This place didnt do the oder the way we asked when we got home with the sauces either and everything tastes like its been under the heat lamps for at least 40 minutes. It was not fresh food after paying $32. I feel ripped off from my money due to their lack of professionalism. Won’t be going back to that location any time soon.

Staff need a little more training on taking orders. Also, it wouldn’t hurt to do additional training on how to communicate with customers. Other than that, food is good.

I went inside for a meal and was surprised by the higher prices for such little food. I got 3 chicken strips, curly fries, and a drink. I asked for a large and it was almost $11 I can say that it was not worth that, it was so so but not that great. It would be a better deal to go to a regular sit-down restaurant and get a better meal for that price you can get more food. When I was there some of them were having a staff meeting, discussing things and so it became a bit noisy for most of the time I was there. I will say that the service was great and the staff were very friendly so that is always a good thing.

Went there today for lunch. But walked right out. It was slow and a worker was sitting down in a booth on his phone biting and licking his fingers from food he must of ate. Sees us gets up and walks into the kitchen like nothing he didn’t bother washing his hands. I told the cashier is he going to wash his hands he was just licking them. So the cashier tells him and he puts gloves on. That doesn’t make it right go wash your hands and put gloves on. Disgusting!!!

Had already taken bites before my husband noticed his sandwich was very very pink. We took photos because we were worried it’d make us sick, removed as much of the pink as possible, but continued eating the food we bought because we also assumed you wouldn’t serve us undercooked meat. We got food poisoning the next day! I sent these photos to a friend who worked at this location for years, and she confirmed that it was undercooked. I will not be coming to Magna Arby’s (or any Arby’s) any time soon, unless I want to puke and poop water for 12 hours straight. Thanks.

I really like arby’s but seem to keep getting sick after eating at this one
Update: gave them another try after a while got home and found everything was burned, took a drink of my coke to wash out the burnt taste and it was just soda water guess they ran out of syrup or something. Not impressed At all

Sunday 9/7, at 7:15 pm, in the drive-thru, I ordered a Big Cheesy Bacon Burger combo. I was told they didn’t have burgers at this time. I then ordered a Brisket/bacon sandwich combo. I had never had it before but the picture looked good. When I got home, the sandwich looked really small. It had two pieces of meat that were 90% fat, one small piece of bacon, two dried out onion rings, the bun and the box were saturated with grease and the crinkle fries were dried up. I had taken two bites and had to spit out the fat. Except for the drink, the whole meal went into the garbage. Next morning I spent most of the day in the bathroom. It was the worst food I have had in forever. $15.00 !
