I’ve been a loyal customer of Starbucks for many years, and I just had an experience worth taking a moment to share.
Recently, I ordered my usual coffee with a flavor addition — something I’ve had countless times over the years — but this particular cup was exceptional. I could hardly believe it.
It was perfectly balanced, smooth, and somehow just exactly right. I found myself noticing it throughout the morning, thinking, “Why is this so unusually good?” That doesn’t happen.
Ren was the barista who prepared it. The store wasn’t overly busy at the time, and she smiled and greeted me while handing off the drink — something else that stood out, especially in a demanding environment with in-store orders, drive-through, and mobile pickups all happening at once.
What impressed me most was the consistency and care reflected in the drink itself. It felt crafted. Then I thought, that is what Starbucks was designed around — crafted drinks. I still don’t know how, but that young lady truly crafted a coffee. Wow. That kind of quality makes a difference in a customer’s day, and it certainly did in mine.
It’s team members like her who quietly elevate the entire experience back to Starbucks’ roots — crafted, signature drinks. Thanks, Ren — I’ll be back

An employee named “Bunny” took our order and made our drinks.
Handed us the drinks and said im sorry I accidentally double blended all 3 I hopes thats okay.
Whats the point of ordering what you want if they won’t make it the way it was requested.

I always have to beg my husband to take me to Starbucks over the local McDonald’s because I like my coffee really strong. This was supposed to be a bacon guda sandwich…and all I ever get is a mocha frappe with extra espresso- they made it a single, charged me for double and left an ungodly amount of sugar that I can feel the grit on my tongue… I’m a manager in fast food and I tried calling multiple times before sitting down and writing this review. I wasn’t even asking for a refund; just some extra training for this locations new hires and possibly for my drink and sandwich to be remade :/

Every time I come here they treat me with respect and get my order to me as soon as possible. This morning they had almost 50 orders at 1 time and they where doing everything they could to knock them out with courtesy and respect for everyone inside. Thank you! I’m impressed! Keep up the great work….. PS. Screaming rock music playing while I decided to take a quick coffee break between jobs. Honestly, can we talk about atmosphere? It’s 10:30 in the morning and the baristas were clueless about customer service. They talked to each other loudly over the music. We usually go thru the drive thru but this morning I went inside to work on some notes for work. 15 minutes into my reports for work a barista asked to change the music. It went from mild background noise to screaming hard rock. I ended up leaving because I couldn’t hear myself think. It was more for a dance club vibe than a coffee shop. Zero personality, zero, warmth, and a week out from Christmas, zero decorations.

Redhead working at 5:52 PM on 12/31/2025 all but threw my drink back at me because I took a sip of it and I believe it was made incorrectly. Not to mention the previous employee is the one who took it back. The redhead (she) employee then starts talking about giving me ingredients on the side. I asked well why can’t you just remake it. She went to explode on me, bit her lip, then said “of course” and went and started slamming things around and remade my drink as I sat there watching. And, it was made incorrectly because I asked for it to be made with heavy cream and some variation of milk was used. So, that was unfortunately lost on the person who took the order and the drink maker (redhead employee) didn’t make it that way because she didn’t know. At any rate, I see why Starbucks is closing 100s of stores and why $SBUX stock is plummeting. Your customer service is dead and your company is slowly drifting into irrelevance, no longer the industry giant it once was and will become a shadow of its former self.

This is the second time this particular Starbucks gives me the wrong order. I specifically ordered a skinny vanilla latte with an extra pump and whip. I received a gr mocha nonfat no whip. GROSS!! I did not realize it until I got on the highway. So disappointing after I paid $6 for a drink i ordered but didnt receive instead I received a drink I dont like. Will I be compensated? Probably NOT!! Its a damm shame. How do you give a person the wrong drink order?
