I LOVE THIS LOCATION. Such wonderfully spirited people- consistent excellent service, prompt, accurate, and always cheerful.
Stephanie, storemanager is so fabulous, took care of us today and leads with heart and excellence ( you hear it when she is there). Clarissa and Mike are also awesome! The whole team ro ks!! You can tell hiring here keeps the care consistent!

Drive-thru experience horrible today. Associate was very rude when I asked about a 15-20 minute hold up with only two cars ahead of me.

He crassly replied, “It’s only two of us and we are very busy.” I responded, I guess too busy for customers. He responded, “Ok.”

Might I note, parking lot was just as empty.

Management, please coach your employees not to be too busy for customers; after all, it’s what they are being paid for.

This is an Amazing location! The team was fast, friendly, and fantastic. The lobby and bathrooms were very clean. The Store Manger Tracy was very helpful. I didn’t know what I wanted, Tracy was very helpful in helping me decide what I wanted. The double smoked bacon sandwich was great. I chose Duncanville location hands down!

I stopped by to try a different drink. I asked for light ice and they fill up my cup with 3/4 worth of ice. Now there is hardly any drink in my cup. I’m not sure if the barrista doesn’t understand simple instructions or they just decide to ignore any instructions given. If a customer asks for light ice, it means, LIGHT ICE!!! This is not the first time they do this. But it’s a hit or miss with these folks.

I am not sure what happened to the customer service at this location but it has significantly decreased over the last few weeks. I am a regular and I spend almost 20 bucks a day here. The last few times I went my order has been in correct. When I brought it the attention of the staff I have been met with an attitude and non verbal communication that indicates that I’m bothering them by asking for the correct order.

Today I went around 12:30 I requested can sugar however learned that classic syrup was used when I clarified that I wanted cane sugar , the African American lady somewhat short and heavy set with blondish brown hair appeared to have a negative attitude and non verbals that showed that remaking the drink was an inconvenience.

I had A LOT of time on my hands while my teens were at a friend’s house so I popped in with my book and yarn projects. The staff was friendly and busy for a good portion of the night. Appreciated their upbeat attitude. My chamomile tea was great, which was a first for me at a Starbucks.

I was at this location a couple of weeks ago. I ordered an impossible sandwich. The guy who took my order was so nice. I was watching him fix my food and preparing to make other orders. When my sandwich was done he took it out and was about to bag it up for me, the manager comes over, picked it up and then said some insulting things the guy, slammed my sandwich on the counter shouted some more insults and walked away. The guy turned and saw that I saw what she had done, he mouthed “I’m sorry” and made me another sandwich. That was a very uncomfortable experience for me, and I don’t think I will be coming back to this store again.

I come to this one because it’s very easy to get to when you come off the highway it’s a quick drive through. But today was different because this young man took my order and was at the window I think he might be Hispanic he has dark hair and I think brown eyes nice-looking chap..
I asked him was he a manager because he was so on the ball he makes sure my drink was my perfect because I’m a little extra on everything in life and especially at Starbucks I want 6 scoops of java chips and I want it to be a little sweeter when I make my Java Chip mocha frappuccino that’s a long name but I get the large and it is so wonderful especially with a young man gosh I can’t believe I forgot his name gosh I think it was Josiah I’m pretty sure that’s his name because I did ask him was he the manager because he acts like a manager he’s fantastic and he’s quiet and kind I just can’t say enough about this young man he’s standing at the window he should be making the big bucks as a manager you guys need to really look at him a second time because a lot of people that drive through they just get their drink and go and they don’t leave you a review I know that because I usually don’t leave reviews but I will continue to go there to this one I will always go at the same time in the evening to hopefully get Josiah there in the window because he’s going to make sure my drink is done right and I’m going to go until I make sure that little boy ends up getting a manager ship because he deserves it like I said I’m extra on everything I’m kind of loud if I don’t like something you’re going to hear about it but if I like it I am going to shout it to the hills so I hope somebody that’s upward in management sees this and I hope that everyone that goes to that Starbucks ask for Josiah because he will do it right with a smile and a quiet calmness that we all need when we’re drinking a lot of coffee
