I stop here almost daily and visited twice today. I’m not someone who typically leaves reviews, but I feel this needs to be addressed. The drink itself was fine; however, the name written on my cup appeared to say “bum.” If this was a mistake, I understand, but it felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. As a restaurant owner myself, I would want to know if something like this happened at my business.

Anytime I come to this location im greeted in such a kind way. Everything I order here is perfectly made and they dont forget anything. The staff here is so welcoming and so energetic & polite. The best hardworking barista ive came across at this location is Christina! But for sure overall as a team they all work wonderfully.

I’ve given this Starbucks more than enough chances, but the service continues to disappoint. Time and time again, my food is carelessly tossed into bags, leaving me to dig it out with my fingernails—completely unappetizing and frustrating. Drink orders are often wrong, items are missing, and the overall attention to detail is seriously lacking. I’ve been patient, but after too many bad experiences, it’s time to share my frustration. I have gotten coffee here 4 times since i moved and 3 out of the 4 the drinks have been complete wrong drinks then the ones I ordered. The first time they gave me a hot coffee instead of the latte i ordered, the second time they gave me a iced latte instead of a hot mocha and I just got one today that also wasn’t what I ordered. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because mistakes happen sometimes however this has all happened in one week so that is not the case here. I will definitely never be getting coffee here again.

I always choose this Starbucks location in Sherman because their window time is phenomenal. But today they made my day extra special because I pulled up craving something iced and peppermint, and the barista was willing to make me a peppermint vanilla cream foam for my Venti iced espresso!! She was so sweet and the drink tasted amazing!! ☕️✨

This is a fairly new Starbucks. The staff is friendly and the place is really clean. Plenty of space to find a place to sit and relax while you enjoy your drink. It’s the best one in Sherman.
