I go to this Starbucks very often & today I was treated disrespectful just because i did not want the straws. I understand maybe if yall were slammed, but today it was me 2 other cars & an empty parking lot. So you weren’t terribly busy and getting mad because I simply did not want straws, which was not only unprofessional but extremely childish.

Avid starbucks drinker and this was my first time at this location. I had 3 different people I was ordering drinks for so decided to place a mobile order through the app before I got in line rather than recite all of those orders at the box. I told the lady I had a mobile order and she immediately clapped back at me saying I cannot place an order 5-7 minutes before I get in line. She then let me know my order would be moved to the back of the line… there was one car behind me. I don’t understand what difference it made whether I ordered at the window or on the app. Thought I was making it easier but instead I got major attitude for no reason. Really disappointed and will probably stick to the local coffee shop across the street now.

Ordered twice here in two days. Got my order wrong both times. First time, I ordered a cinnamon dolce latte. They gave me a chai latte. I had to contact customer service because we didn’t have time to go back and correct it. Luckily, the online support was great and gave me a refund. Second time I ordered, I said no whip. And of course they added whip. I also wanted soy so I don’t know if they did that either. So I guess we will see how my stomach fares on this road trip. The store was not busy so not sure where the incompetence is.

The team there is more than amazing. The staff made the place warm and welcoming. We went there with our little one who’s super active. We simply love this place and we wanted to stay more yesterday but my son started his noise as soon as he ate his favorite SBX food. We would love to return to it every time we visit Sherman. I’m really sad to write this but I am disappointed! I usually get great service and great quality food but this morning is not the case! I was given an expired yogurt!! I’m really bummed because y’all are usually great! But this have put a sour taste in my mouth. Just the smell of the yogurt could turn your stomach

This is one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Buffy was really incredible and made my experience great. We had a very long night and none of us were in a good mood and it showed, Buffy took the extra step to be exceptionally nice and attentive to us, including giving us info on new holiday cups coming out (we were interested in the cups that were currently out). Her and the entire staff were very pleasant and just what we needed that morning. I know it’s just coffee, but they really turned our morning around. Thank you guys!

I absolutely love this starbucks! The people that work here, they are always so welcoming and super friendly. They remember my name and my order when I come in everyday I feel like I’m walking and and talking to friends, plus their coffee is always on point. I’ve been to tons of other Starbucks and the coffee is never as good as here! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
