I’ve been in quite a bit this week and i don’t think I’ve had ONE correct order!? I get a vinilla latte with 7 pumps vinilla hot and a venti strawberry and cream. First day i got a strawberry acie lemonade thing. Second time they gave me a iced latte, i told them they “fixed it” i got a CHAI tea with oat milk?!! The next time I get a small strawberry and cream instead of the venti i ordered. Today I got frozen lemonade thing and it looked like this??? I literally took this in the parking lot

This is the only Starbucks in Claremore, but it handles the heavy traffic very well. The staff are always polite and friendly, and the coffee is reliably consistent. I come here a few times a week and I’m always happy with my order!

Every other Starbucks I go to tastes amazing compared to this one. I’ve noticed it for at least 6 months now. It’s like they only put half the espresso shots they should, or don’t put any at all. It’s really disappointing. Also, their card machine will be down a lot… only taking cash or the Starbucks app. Luckily I have the app, but tons of people have to turn around in the parking lot that is already not functional at all. I will say the people that work here are some of the nicest, or I would have said something by now. I am asking next time. Any other Starbucks in Tulsa and Owasso I get the same exact drink and it tastes like heaven compared to when Claremore Starbucks makes it. Really really disappointing… I don’t know what’s going on here… honestly shocked they have such good ratings besides the people that work there being friendly.

One of the best starbucks experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered 2 mildly complicated drinks, and they both came out perfectly. my boyfriend likes a lot of caramel and they hooked me up with lots of it. The barista at the window ear also very nice, I used my birthday reward and she used the time I waited for my drinks to ask me what I’ve been doing for my birthday. Very good experience, excellent staff.

This is a Hit-or-Miss location. Depending on who’s taking the order i either love it or hate it. I find Tuesday’s are the absolute best days to go! The sweetest boy works the drive through and is on POINT EVERYY SINGLE TIME ! Ughhh he lights up my day everytime ! Probably the only reason i even go back there lol.
