The staff here are always cheerful and kind. I’ve been three times. I love the atmosphere and the helpful service. Tray was incredibly kind. Getting out for a late night coffee with a friend can be hard, but this Starbucks keeps a welcoming atmosphere for tired mommas that just want a break. I’m not a huge fan of Starbucks coffee (it’s usually too acidic) , but the atmosphere and staff make it worth it.

This locations is my go to!! They are always friendly and SUPER helpful. I use this location everytime I order coffee for company events (at least two times a month). They always have my order ready andmade to perfection. I normally order 4 travelers at a time and they always take time to help me carry everything to my car.

I have tried to call for several hours no answer. Tried to talk to them first. Got a latte with oat milk . It was not I have been sick for an hour. My husband got venti with two shots. There was about 1/4 cup of coffee grinds in it. Please do better than this . I paid $18 for 3 drinks . And they were awful. I have never had this problem at the other Star Bucks in Rogers!
