It’s 5 in the morning and the ladies here are so freaking nice. All of them. They were super! And for the first time my avocado spread wasn’t sitting on top of my eggs. Every Starbucks I go to always use their fingers to put the cold plastic avocado cup right on top of my nice hot eggs. Unsanitary. But these ladies put it in its own bag. It’s much appreciated!

I’m so pleased to review Starbucks in Cabot, AR. on Rockwood. On November 20, 2025 I had gone to the doctor that morning bright and early In Little Rock for some test. You know those kind of test where you can’t eat or have any caffeine. It had been already been 14 to 15 hours since I had anything. I live in Judsonia, AR. I was tired, hungry with very little energy. So I decided to stop and have a Green Tea Frappuccino, I went through drive through. I’m allergic to coffee and can only have tea. I thought I had ordered the large, but it turned out I ordered the small and I knew that wasn’t enough to get me home. The Barista at the window was very nice, sweet and told me that they would replace my drink with a large and she stopped to take the time to explain to me the difference between the small and a large on what they’re called for when I order the next time. I would like to say that I always get great service at Starbucks but, this was exceptional service! They went above and beyond servicing me. I had a question about one of their items and neither knew so she called the manager and asked. Even on her day off she took the time to give me the information I needed. I will always be stopping at this location while traveling back and forth to all my doctor appointments that I have to go to in Little Rock. Thank you for the information and I appreciate the gift. I was able to make it home safely and full of Green Tea Frappuccino. Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas to the Cabot team! Your the best.

I never go here but really wanted to try the pineapple passion fruit lemonade. Service was okay. The drink was overpriced but would have been fine if it was good. It was not good. The drink was bitter and there were I’m guessing freeze dried pineapple bits just floating at the top doing nothing but looking gross. A complete waste of money.

This place has gone down on their quality and as much as we pay nowadays for food this unacceptable. The sliding egg and sausage take pride in everything you do. This is the second time that we’ve visited the Cabot location, and they didn’t have coffee brewed. I was told I could wait a little bit for an Americano or pour-over. No reason or excuse given. I find it very off that a coffee establishment opens its doors without having coffee readily available to their costumers. Some improvements are needed at this location. A positive note is that they’re usually friendly and fairly quick.

Please stop writing on the lids. The smell of the sharpie is terrible everytime you drink your coffee. I appreciate the gesture but write it on the side. Its the third time this week. Nobody wants to taste or smell sharpie the whole time.
