I never go here but really wanted to try the pineapple passion fruit lemonade. Service was okay. The drink was overpriced but would have been fine if it was good. It was not good. The drink was bitter and there were I’m guessing freeze dried pineapple bits just floating at the top doing nothing but looking gross. A complete waste of money.

They always get my custom drink order perfect! It’s always made very quickly and already ready for me to pick up when I do mobile order. I can’t say it’s ever been even 50% this good at any other location across the country. You guys are great, thank you!

Generally, when I visit this location, I have no issues. Only once they forgot to give me 1/2 of my order. I waited almost 10 minutes before I called their attention to the fact that I had my coffee, but no sandwich. They reacted with swiftness and apologized.

I come to this location 2 times a week and which I get the same drink as always I spend about $13 dollars that’s with a tip. I came today July 7th, boy I needed up with 3 different drinks she seem like she couldn’t get it right and mind you it’s a simple drink and she charge me $13 for one drink I ended up with 3 bc they can’t do nothing with them. I wasn’t rude bc I completely understand especially it being busy but maybe slow down a little while taking orders so they can get it right the first time. I am sitting in my car with 3 drinks I ain’t even going to drink sadly and out $13 dollars. Guess it’s time to move on from this place to expensive not to get the right drink. 7 brew almost open.

If you mobile order, pick it up in drive through. Then they’re forced to get it done to keep traffic moving. Both times I’ve tried to pick it up inside they’ve left me waiting more than 20 minutes with no one else in the lobby because they’re serving only drive through. Didn’t even ask what my order was, just left me standing there for a very long time . (Ps. My order was just two espresso shots over ice ) .
