We came on a Sunday afternoon for some sandwich, panini, and salad. It was nice and quiet because there were only a few people inside the store. All four staff were hard workers. We were there for more than an hour and I see them continuously cleaning, re-stocking, sweeping the floor, and making drinks. I was curious about their new Nitrogen cold brew coffee and the barista even offered me a little sample. Highly recommend visiting this store. Lastly, our drink was very good.

If I could give this location six ⭐️s I would. I placed an order via the website believing that our order was for this location but I guess I had inadvertently placed it at another store. The lady who helped us fulfilled our order without any additional charge. In our frustration with the Erie on our part we forgot to tip them. To whomever the manager at this location is, please, please commend these employees for going above and beyond. We visited this location on Feb 13 about 540p. Thank you again for being such a blessing to us and correcting my mistake. (((HUGS)))

Clerk at the drive thru got into a very long conversation with a vehicle in front of us while cars stacked up behind. By the time I got to the window, my coffee wasn’t even hot, had to ask for a stopper and napkins. Poor customer service for those of us stuck in line! Another coffee shop down the block is far faster and still provides great service!

Rude staff, they don’t acknowledge you and you can clearly see they don’t want to be there. Customer service is not their forte…the place was dead and I now I know why. I think they only want drive thru customers. Needless to say, I am never coming back here!

They NEVER make my drink right. I asked the barista to add extra coconut milk to my strawberry pink drink because this place has a tendency to put very little coconut milk in the drink and the MOST strawberry flavoring. She barely added ANY. It just tastes horrid. Don’t you train your baristas to make drinks right? When you look up an image of what a pink drink looks like it never looks like the one they hand me when i purchase it from this location.
