They don’t understand that when people are ordering Frappuccino that they WANT THE COFFE IN IT, they need to pay attention to what the customer orders… ordered white chocolate mocha Frappuccino, got white chocolate mocha CRÈME Frappuccino. Manager or owner please look at this and try to straighten it out.

The drinks were fine – apart from the putting of whipped cream on a drink that was specifically asked to have none. The problem occurred when we picked up the drinks. One of our drinks was a caramel crunch frappe and a different customer had ordered the same thing and walked away. We didn’t know this and just picked up what we assumed was our drink. The barista, rather than saying, “sorry ma’am, that’s another customer’s,” thought that it was necessary to be rude and said, “that’s not your drink,” in a petty tone. We were confused, and my mom asked, “caramel crunch frappe? We ordered one.” The barista then raised her voice and said, “It’s not your drink!” It was embarrassing and extremely unprofessional on her part.

I ended up leaving instead of ordering because when I asked if they were open, I was met with an attitude answer of “yeah” (with an emphasis like obviously). I would never assume that just because the employee was organizing the display case that they are open….she could have been getting things ready for a 7:00 opening for all I knew. I can get attitude anytime & anywhere…I don’t need to spend extra for it.
