As a Starbucks partner myself, I am always weary of going into other stores because I know what should be expected. This is by far the best experience I have had visiting another store that is not my home store. I was greeted as I walked in and Noah was absolutely wonderful up front taking my order. The drink quality was superb. The inside of the store was clean and well kept. Definitely recommend this location to anyone passing by.

Drinks are great! Employees are very friendly and most of them have my order memorized. The actual store is miserably cold. I kept my winter coat on at that time of year. Now, in summer, it’s too cold even in a sweatshirt. So, you need to order a hot drink and sit indoors and still be too cold or you can sit outside in the heat and you better order a cold drink. Considering going to a different Starbucks.

We do not live in Manhattan, but were in town for a graduation, and went through the drive-thru for coffee on our way out of town. We had a few issues (had to wait for coffee to brew, got charged for an extra drink by accident, couldn’t use a reward), but when the barista brought out our order, she acknowledged the mistakes before we could say a word. She refunded our entire order and even threw in a cake pop for our daughter she noticed in the backseat. We would have been satisfied with just being refunded for the one additional drink, but we felt she went way above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. Total kindness and incredible customer service!

Usually there pretty good, but today the line was long and then when the girl handed me a drink I noticed it was the wrong drink I politely let her know the issue and when she gave me the new drink, she scowled at me. Like sorry you didn’t do your job correctly?

Was super excited when a drive thru Starbucks opened on this side of town. At just it was wonderful. It’s slowly gone down. I always order on my app, generally it’s correct when I pick it up.. sometimes not. Today I placed my order on the app and the drive thru was closed so my husband went inside to get it, waited 15 min. Several people walked in ordered their drinks and left. Finally he said something and they said “oh we haven’t even started it”. I’ll go to the one in hyvee from now on. They’re very friendly and wonderful.

I’ve had a bad experience every time at this location. The employees are rude for no good reason. We always order my daughters Frappuccino as a cream Frappuccino. They keep making it with their Frappuccino coffee base rather than the cream base it’s supposed to have. I politely asked for it to be remade because it tastes like coffee, and the employees get mouthy saying it is my fault because I don’t know how to order Starbucks…. I always order on the app to avoid confusion. I have never had such a issue at any other Starbucks when my daughters drink gets messed up.

Staff are very nice and service is good, I did have to wait a while for a coffee but otherwise it was nice. One of the most aesthetically pleasing Starbucks I’ve been in and the food and drink is good as always.
