I come here to do school and read often because I love the lighting and warm atompshere the store offers. The Manager gave everyone a sample of a dersert they had excess of. Majority of stores and companys have the habit of discarding of excess into the trash as waste so it was really nice of her and the staff to be that generous. Even though it seems like something tiny and insignificant, you’ll be surprised of how much the tiny things can add up. So this is a formal thank you from me to the staff and I just want them to know I geniunely appreciate them. Keep doing kind and great things.

I’ve only been to this Starbucks a couple times, but every time I do I’m ignored for a good couple min as the employees busy themselves and avoid eye contact with me. Eventually one of them begrudgingly comes to the counter to get my order, enters it quickly then runs off before I even pay. Then I get get mostly ignored again to get my drink, until one of them finally breaks free from whatever very important task they have, to get my coffee, which has been sitting in the back for a mins. I am ugly or something? I’ve never been somewhere where the employees ignore people in the restaurant so much. Then they have the balls to ask for a tip… terrible service.

I ordered two medicine balls (hot tea) through the app and came to the drive thru to get it. Upon receiving my two HOT VENTI tea cups the lady at the window gave them to me without any cup sleeves nor a splash stick in the hole.( The sleeve is used to help hold the hot beverage and the splash stick can be used to close the opening and or stir coffee.) I started going home and noticed there was foam coming up from my tea and opened the top and upon my suspicion the tea bags were busted open (tea leaves were everywhere in the cup). I came back inside this time and told the lady at the front desk. No apology no dialogue or anything was said to me she just started making 1 of them. She had an attitude for some odd reason and im the one in distress. I told her thank you as she remade the second one and she didnt say anything back. Poor customer service and accountability.

very disappointed in the Warrensburg Starbucks never fails every time I go there they messed my order up or they don’t know how to make it. I’ve had it several times everywhere else and they make it just fine. It’s awful every time I go there but I keep thinking oh it’s gonna change. come on Warrensburg listen to your customers do better

They forgot to add the base to my caramel frappe. Disappointing when Ive had a rough day, decide to treat myself, and take a big gulp of frappe roast. Have you ever tried that stuff? Its gross. No sugar at all.
Edit: My caramel macchiato… I asked for “a little extra caramel”. The photos I posted speak for themselves. More caramel than anything else I bet. Someone was feeling passive aggressive today.

I sat in line for 10 mins, there screen wasn’t working so I pulled forward like everyone else. Get to the window and was told they don’t take orders at the window and it’s working now so I have to go back through the line or I can come inside. You lost a customer I will never go back.
