After years of living on the loop, I went to this location today honestly largely because I found an old gift card that needed using, and I ran out of my own cold brew at home. But I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience! The barista was extremely kind and we had a great little chat about makeup as I paid for my order. As a former partner I really appreciated their care in taking my order and preparing it quickly, even as I saw those behind the counter filling a constant stream of mobile orders. Well organized and pleasant, plus I got to sit on the patio and enjoy the sunshine with my cold brew. Thank you!

12/15/2021 The reason I am NOT complaining is because my drink came out . If you follow the pictures for what I ordered…..vs what was made. Again, it was still good though. Hats off to the server though for making a wrong taste right. Everyone would not be so appreciative.

Still your consistent Starbucks as expected. While local coffees are likely more pleasing for the enthusiastic, this location has a great patio and the surrounding businesses make it a prime stop. It also employs the college students, something that many may enjoy support.

This location seems to never improve their customer service and a sense of urgency. No matter how busy or slow it is, I need to shout a few times for anyone to get my name or the drink right. Maybe my international origin and accent explains that. But, I rarely have any issue at Corner17 or any Starbucks I’ve been to. Maybe I’m out of luck with this location.

This location is almost always inconsistent with their drinks, no matter what I order.. as simple as cappuccino or customised order like cold foam ice shaken espresso with whole milk. It feels like I am drinking milk with a tiny amount of coffee for color only! I try to give them a chance every few months because it’s the most accessible but I feel dumped every single time!

Poor service. Third time the same cashier guy with round glasses and braded long hair messed up my order. It’s like he doesn’t want to hear customizations. He doesn’t care to hear what people want in their drink, but pretends and presses on the touch screen without verbally confirming individuals’ orders. He rang up the wrong drink, also didn’t even add what I had asked for. Barista made the drinks. I told the guy that took my order -it’s not what I had ordered, he had a silent attitude. He walked away amid my explaining, leaving the poor barista hanging. I left as a unhappy customer, again. I didn’t feel like taking it on with the barista, it wasn’t her fault that the guy had rang it up wrong. Plus, I’m a local here, and she looked like she came from another store to help out.

Staff was super nice, knowledgeable, and working hard. Long lines and lots of app orders coming in so it was pretty chaotic. It took 25-30 minutes to get our drinks but there was so much activity in the place the time went by quickly.
