I put in a mobile order before arriving hoping that it would be ready a few minutes after I arrive, they weren’t that busy once I arrived so I decided to park and go inside. I waited for 20 minutes for 2 coffees. They finally called my name to have the incorrect coffees ready for me. There was only one girl who actually asked me for my name and I wish I remembered because she was the only capable person working there. The rest were standing around talking to each other. I would avoid this location if you have any place you need to be. The manager and district manager should be doing something about this.

Took a good 40 min in drive through. Which tbh would of been fine but my frozen beverage was not only melted but hot when i got it. Cant imagine how long it sat before i got it. All employees at all the Starbucks I’ve been to in my travels have been nothing but amazing. Starbucks still has a few kinks to work out with their ordering process. This location is always busy. As it should be. Its a great location and has amazing employees. The company needs to get on the ball with how they do orders. Not the location or the employees but the company. Since rating the company isnt an opinion on google maps im left with rating the location as I’m sure they are doing what they are told I think this is a starbucks glitch.

Ordered at the drive-thru. Noticed our drinks seemed light so took off the lids. Here you have a grande toasted peppermint and a tall mocha. No sips taken. $16 for three half-empty drinks.

Why does Starbucks insist on locations that are in small little strip malls. You have no place to park and if you wait in the drive through line you end up blocking traffic. The staff were very helpful though and were as quick as they could be with how busy the place was.
