I go to this Starbucks every single day and order the same drink, and occasionally a sandwich. The employees here are truly amazing. They are always welcoming, friendly, and actually take the time to start conversations with you — which honestly makes my day more than they probably realize.
Today I accidentally brought the wrong card and wasn’t able to pay, and without hesitation they still let me take my drink. That kindness meant more to me than I can put into words. In a world where customer service isn’t always great anymore, this team goes above and beyond.
Every single employee here deserves recognition for how kind, genuine, and caring they are. This Starbucks is more than just a coffee stop — it feels welcoming every time I walk in. I am so grateful and thankful for all of you. You all deserve praise and appreciation!

I have loved this Starbucks for a long time. The employees are great and the coffee is always good. But this morning, I grabbed my cup (venti) from the drive-thru and noticed it was really light. I opened the lid and they only filled the cup up halfway. I wouldn’t normally say anything, but I’ve always preached that I believe Starbucks is worth the money, but today it was absolutely not.

I’ve never left a review for a store before but this place deserves it. Every morning I see Ashante she makes my drinks good and hypes me up before work. Kayla is another great worker who today when she seen I was having a bad day tried to cheer me up. These workers treat people not like customers but as friends and I love them for that. Not to mention they make the best coffee ❤️

Never in my life have I been asked to pull out of the drive thru at any Starbucks, because my order was made wrong. Well the other day this location gave me an iced matcha with pistachio foam and I ordered the Dubai chocolate foam matcha. So they asked me to pull out of the drive thru, mind you when I pulled up to the drive thru I’d sat there for a while and didn’t move for a while before I even got to the order screen. And as I made it to the window there’s was slow moving service the whole way. Starbucks has gone down with their service overall and the prices keep going up. It’s just not worth it, plus why don’t they have a diverse crew working there? Macomb is diverse, and so the staff be.

Folger’s tasted better than the 2 drinks we ordered. Order was wrong, we ordered 2 hot drinks and got 1 hot, and 1iced. My husband’s was supposed to have 6 shots of expresso and you couldn’t even taste coffee. Will never return

Update: Still great customer service with friendly baristas! Today I got an iced vanilla latte with oatmilk…delicious!
When I went to place my order via the mobile app, it said they were out of the Caramel Brulee latte, so my wife and I ordered other drinks. When I went in, I casually asked the barista if they were out of this seasonal drink. She let me know that they had been out, but had received more ingredients that morning and then offered to switch my order to the Caramel Brulee latte!! Outstanding customer service!!!
