Order my iced coffee the same way every time, early in the morning, it tastes great, anytime after noon, bitter and disgusting, was remade 3 times and still tasted like garbage. Drove off and found the nearest trash can and had to throw all three away.

I’ve never had a problem with any other Starbucks I’ve been to, if you order extra pumps in your coffee they will charge you for the extra pumps just to only put 3 pumps in, it’s not hard to give people what they pay for. (they like to be skimpy with there caramel syrup.) I’ve gave them the benefit of the doubt more than 4 times and my coffee order changes everytime I order the same thing it gets bitter and bitter because they don’t like to give you the amount of pumps you ask for it’s like a chore for them.

This was me first time not using the drive thru. Service was fun, most of what I wanted was not available, but I was pleased with what I received. The cashier was so kind. It was like a friend from long ago, figuring things out together, with laughter. I’ll be back, in person again!

When I went to place my order via the mobile app, it said they were out of the Caramel Brulee latte, so my wife and I ordered other drinks. When I went in, I casually asked the barista if they were out of this seasonal drink. She let me know that they had been out, but had received more ingredients that morning and then offered to switch my order to the Caramel Brulee latte!! Outstanding customer service!!!
