Used to be good. Not sure what happened, but the frappes we ordered were so watery and not worth the money. Definitely not starbucks quality. Worker was chatting with friend while there was a long line of people waiting and then 10 minutes later came back to “work”.

I went here and got a good Arnold Palmer type tea. The barista (I think her name was Sanny) did a great job! She was very kind and helped me with my order when I couldn’t remember the exact wording for my order. Awesome service 🙂

I normally get cold brew. I feel like at this location they do not use the 1/3 concentrate, 1/3 water, 1/3 ice rule that everyone else goes by. I had a cup that was pretty much 90% cold brew and 10% ice and I legitimately almost checked myself into a hospital because I thought my heart was going to explode.

My dad got a drip coffee that was old and tasted awful. When he made a complaint to the barista, she refused to make him a new one, saying “It always tastes bitter”. I have never had a Starbucks barista refuse to make a new batch before! Better off going to the one at 143rd and La Grange where they offer better customer service.

Coffee is average. Prices are becoming so outrageous I moved on to Dunkin donuts their prices became even more outrageous I moved back to Starbucks but their coffee is less than par so I given up on getting coffee from both. I went out and I bought a Keurig and I make my own coffee and I’m starting to save a lot of money I would suggest everyone do the same because I refuse to give these big chains anymore of my hard-earned dollars.
