Manager Steph & barista Ryan were friendly and quick to make a holiday treat for me and my daughter today. They suggested a strawberry swirl in a vanilla frap, which cheered up my kiddo. Our original holiday plans had fallen through and we were bummed, but found our way to Starbucks, and had a great experience with these two kind humans. Keep up the good work at Morris Jewel Starbucks!

I came in last night, Saturday August 20 around 5 pm to get a couple coffees and the barista behind the counter(tall, young boy, with shaggy dyed blonde hair) didn’t even greet me or ask what I wanted. And when I asked a question he just stared at me blankly. Still placed my order, him still not saying a word.. maybe he was distracted by the airpod in his ear, who knows. I go to pay with my starbucks app and all he said was “I can’t use those” ????? Which I’d understand if there was an issue with the machine or something but I feel like he could have stated that before I ordered or at least tried talking to me beforehand. I left without my drinks but the lack of customer service and his attitude overall was terrible. And I’m young, I get it, retail isn’t fun and we all have bad days.. but maybe choose a different job if you’re not even going to interact with the customer.

I come here Atleast 2 a week and let me tell you everytime i go in and Stephanie (hope it’s spelled correct) is working, the customer service is over the top! She is so nice and polite! Definitely keeping a regular with her great service!

I’ve only been there a couple times, but so far they’re doing a great job making the coffee, and getting it ready for the customer quickly. The mocha Frappuccino is quite good but a bit pricey at $5.

I’m only giving it three stars because they gave my egg bites to another customer and she reached into the bag and looked at my food and gave it back and then the Starbucks employee handed it to me. After I got in the car I decided not to eat it so I wasted over $5 on the visit. The employees are often confused and behind on the orders even though it’s not busy. It’s convenient for me to go there because I work at the hospital nearby but the service is spotty.

I’ve gone 3 times and my order was always incorrect and incredibly slow. The kids that work there are rude and have zero customer service skills. The first time I went they told me to “hold on” while they finished gossiping and giggling. I told the “barista” that my order was incorrect and she replied “would you like to make it yourself next time?” Its not corporate owned so unfortunately there wasn’t a manager I could talk to. I’ll be taking my business to the local coffee shop across the street where I’m treated like a valued customer.
