WIinter was extremely rude when she lectured me about Starbucks policy and refused to top off my refresher. I get it, policy change etc. But this was after a 20 min wait in the drive thru after being told I should come inside and get the drink (which I ordered on the app and picked drive thu.) After stating I was handicapped and that wouldn’t be doable, I received a sigh from the person working the speaker.

My frappachino was kinda watery but! Roseanne at the drive thru was an absolute gem! She’s so cheery and sweet! she definitely brightened up my day haha, so I definitely recommend the drive thru 🙂

I order a sugar cookie latte… no sugar cookie syrup. I order a medicine ball… no honey no peppermint syrup. I order a paradise drink and get a pineapple refresher. My drink isn’t even the right color. No coconut milk . I am not happy with this location at all.

Me and my sister went earlier today and I placed a mobile order on our way there. I didn’t expect it to be ready. We went inside. She placed her order at the register. She got her drink before me. The couple behind her got their drink before me. All I ordered was an iced matcha. No hot foods or hot drinks. Isn’t that the point of a mobile order to be made before in store? It was made 15 minutes after I placed the order.
