Starbucks drinks are always great however the service here is below average. It comes across like customer service is not a huge training topic. My mobile order took 20 minutes to be finished while people who came in after me and ordered in cafe got their drinks before me. When I talked to the cashier twice, she seemed annoyed by my presence. I know it’s fast paced but the employees seem like they don’t want to be bothered. It’s close to my home but if it wasn’t, I wouldn’t go to this one. A straw with the drink I waited so long for that requires one would have been great too. However the cafe is always clean and the drive thru always great!

This is the closest store to our house and, the past 5 times I’ve gone to this location the drinks have been made wrong or poorly. I’ve ordered lattes, tea lattes and, pink drinks. We all know how expensive Starbucks is getting these days and to have drinks coming out that are made at a rate worse than Dunkin’. Your better off taking the time to go into the Meijer Starbucks. For this location baristas to ask for tips after they make a drink wrong is pretty audacious.
