Went in on January 11th at roughly 7:45pm to order a medicine ball and a strawberry açaí refresher with lemonade. To begin we pulled into the drive-thru and the girl who took our order was rude and full of attitude. We get to the window I get handed a dragon fruit refresher to which I didn’t notice at first. I waited for my medicine ball and when I got handed that my partner noticed they didn’t have the right drink. We were handed a dragon fruit refresher and not a strawberry lemonade refresher. So I waited to get someone’s attention the same girl comes up to the window and asks what are you waiting for? To which I tell her we ordered a strawberry refresher, she takes the drink and remakes the refresher comes back and hands it to me. I did not check my medicine ball which I wish I did because as I got home I opened the lid to let it cool off and I noticed the tea bags were different. I’ve gotten this drink several times before so I’m familiar with the teas. I pull the little tab that’s tucked in and it’s 2 bags of camomile tea which I am allergic to! Truly glad I did not take a sip of it. I would’ve been okay if they had said they did not have the correct teas or they didn’t know how to make this medicine ball but to put a different tea and expect someone to be okay with it is not right. I’m very disappointed and upset with my overall experience as this is my local Starbucks that I go to regularly.

This starbucks is always attentive, always smiling, so polite. Greeted when we walked in and said thank you have a good day. Wow.
The drinks are always on point. The taste is great. It tastes exactly what we ordered. The added extra foam just like I requested. Thank you for following our request. I’ve been to other starbucks.They’re not as good as this one in the Winston Plaza. Thanks too Siera, Juan, Leah, Gwen, Lesita, and Skylar. Sooo friendly. I stopped Siera and she gave everyones name and spelled it for me. Sorry if you was on break. She said, its ok.

Friday December 26th I order a drink and waited more then I should have to get my order. they placed my order as ready to go and when I went in it wasn’t. Not only that when I noticed that I was missing a drink because the sticker was under the powder bowl and the girl didn’t notice – she was kind all the employees are always kind but she and made my drink but it was rushed and not worth the $5 I paid- I didn’t drink it and had to leave it due to how terrible it tasted – didn’t put any vanilla cold foam at all –

I recently visited Starbucks and ordered a drinks along with two cake pops for my kids. While I received my coffee right away, the cake pops were never packed. The barista told me to “hold on,”several times but after waiting and waiting , I needing to leave with my child, I ended up walking out without the cake pops I paid for.
It was frustrating to have to choose between staying longer with an impatient child or leaving without part of my order. I hope the store can improve communication and make sure all items are prepared promptly, especially for customers with kids or who are on the go. I usually don’t complain but this specific Starbucks has had be waiting multiple times.

I don’t visit this location often but it is usually pretty good but today during my lunch break I simply wanted a drink and I asked for light ice since it is pretty chilly out but I still want to enjoy a cold drink. They give me my drink after a long wait and as I drive away I see that more than half of my cup is ice. Very disappointing. This happened on 10/21/25 at 5:40 p.m it’s was a girl who made it. Starbucks please tell your workers to follow simple requests.

Atmosphere and food are good. However, the staff does not make my drink the way I would like. It has happened multiple times and I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but it’s beginning to get frustrating. Specially since I am paying for all the add-ons. I asked a barista if my drink had an ingredient I did not want and they lied (I saw them but wasn’t sure if it was my drink they were making). I was running late and didn’t have time to ask them to remake it. This is tiring and someone should do something about it.

Instead of getting our drinks out in a timely manner they had us leave the drive thru and go back around to go back into the drive thru. Our drinks still took another 10 minutes to be done.

A warmed up piece of bread, And that wasn’t the worst part.The person who prepared my warmed up piece of bread looked at me and proceeded to put my warmed up piece of bread on the counter even though she saw the drive through lady training at the other half of the store. I guess even old people can be petty.

I love Starbucks, and let me say this location is one of the best! The manager, Ardelia, is very friendly and welcoming, and you can see that she leads her team by example.
