I always order from this Mountain Mike’s. The food is always great. Fresh. Customer service is always on point.. HOWEVER.. When I called yesterday evening to place a large last minute order I was greeted by Marie. Marie was fabulous she was energetic her customer service skills were on point she was friendly she did not seem annoyed at my large last minute order or various questions. After I completed my entire order she placed me on a brief hold only to come back on and tell me she had located two coupons to save me a couple of dollars. Which I greatly appreciated. I could practically hear her smile through the phone. I would like to let management know she is doing a great job and any new hires would be lucky to be trained by her.

The place is alil outdated, but the pizza is still awesome just like the other locations ,and this location isnt as packed as the other ones other location pizza will come to your table alil cool down because its hard to keep up , so for me this is the best mountain mikes

The pizza tasted like a frozen pizza. It was expensive and not tasty. The chicken wings were small and very dry. Spent $40 for one pizza and 6 chicken wings. I would rather go to Domino’s than here.
