People are unbelievably rude. When you ask for a strawberry milk, you don’t think that they would just do purée on the bottom and milk on top, that is NOT strawberry milk especially if you have to mix it yourself. I’ve been a barista for a couple years and I would never treat a customer like how they treated us.

We went through the drive through to get a couple of drinks. The guy was kind and got our order almost right. When I told them that my drink wasn’t made to order, he expressed that the drinks are made a certain way and not to be changed. By my experience, ALL other Starbucks that I have been to has made this drink to order. I got a dragon fruit refresher with lemonade and asked for light ice. They loaded this cup full of ice. Once I removed the ice, I had less than half of the Venti I ordered. Not too impressed with the customer service I received. If the wife didn’t give me “the look”, I would have made sure they understood my concerns and the reasoning behind having light ice.

honesty, worst coffee i have ever had. i won’t go back. I don’t understand how you burn shots TWICE! i went through the drive thru, didn’t even go that good, that’s fine didn’t get my drink right which is whatever fixed it got it remade and still tasted the worst. For a 7$ drink this is just a joke. I have been in coffee myself for quite a while and never have i ever served a drink that tasted this way. I do not recommend coming here. If you want good coffee that is actually good tasting, hit up another shop this ain’t it.

They were out of every breakfast sandwich and the place was so dirty ! The outside tables were so dirty, I’m sure they weren’t cleaned in days or weeks… Inside, in a corner someone forgot his cardigan and you could see it wasn’t recent laying there : so messy everywhere you looked ! Definitely need to take a hard look on making your business cleaner, tighter and efficient, PLEASE!!!

Absolutely the most friendliest positive people in the whole world work at the coffee shop they’re so happy and chipper of course it could be the caffeine and coffee all day but they’re wonderful and make my day every time I go! Coffee is great too!!
