First time of going to new location. Ordered White Chocolate Mocha Latte and it was the most flavorless drink I have ever received. Got home and poured in a glass it was just a little cloudier than water. I believe I got hot water with whip cream sprayed on top. Lot more training needed!

VERY unfriendly and belligerent girl with long dark hair and a snotty attitude. Won’t go back here! I ordered ONE drink and 5 cake pops which she couldn’t be bothered to get ready with my drink. She said she had other drinks to make which were ordered after me and she was all mad when I asked for them again 10 minutes later!

This Starbucks messes up my order every time and I don’t want to be rude and say it to the baristas but this is ridiculous. I often ask for no ice or light ice drinks because I know that the ice takes up all bunch of the cup and I’m paying six dollars for a drink. This is how I got my light ice drink today. The liquid with the ice barely reaches the top line of the cup. I won’t be coming back.

The staff is always friendly and service is always great. They do always seem to be out of the same items, so it seems like they need to work on their inventory. I’m not a huge fan of bitter coffee, so I’m not in love with their coffee and don’t go there often.

Ordered at this place on 2 separate occasions and the order was incorrect. I’m about 90% sure I didn’t get the extra shot that I paid for and the syrup in my latte was just sitting at the bottom visibly unstirred and no it was not a macc.
