Car in front of me waited 10 minutes for one drink than I had to wait another 10 for mine which was a refresher even though I placed an order ahead of time now I don’t mind waiting but the employees in there were just talking and laughing standing around. A time before hand I had to wait close to 20 minutes to even place an order I would’ve left at that point but there were cars in front and behind me. I only recommend going if you have ALOT of time to wait for the drinks.

Excellent Starbucks! Everything was perfect, from the exactly-right cappuccino, to the knowledge of how the rewards program works (i.e. they didn’t look at me like I was crazy when I asked for a refill, like in other stores), to the cleanliness of every last surface and space. To top it off, every staff member I encountered was friendly and attentive.

This location was horrendous. The bathroom was disgusting. I placed my mobile order 20 minutes in advance and it still was not ready. The lobby was a mess with boxes everywhere and the counters were sticky. My drink was not made correctly and had weird black things floating in it. Workers were just standing around talking and laughing.

Very very slow service both time I got here I did an online order and got here after the time it said it was going to be ready. Still had to wait. I pulled up to the window and there was no one inside. The girl at the window say I had to way so I sat at the window for 5 minutes before being told to pull up and waiting over 15 more minutes to get my drinks. Would go to a different one.

This location was absolutely terrible. It took us 30 minutes to receive 5 simple cold brews. We were the only ones standing there while 8 employees were just standing around dancing and laughing. Will not be returning to Mitchell Starbucks. Said machine jammed 4 times earlier but would continue to dance around and then give an attitude to customers after asking about our drinks.

We went to this location two times. While staying in the area from out of state. And it’s the slowest server we have ever had at a Starbucks.

This location really seems to have a difficult time matching the quality other locations seem to be able to handle. Last time, my coffee was definitely burned. This time, I placed a mobile order and waited 35 minutes in the store before an employee figured out my coffees and been sitting at the window a very long time. No apology and no offer to make me a fresh, HOT coffee. I’ll stop at Caribou next time.
