i ordered online and it was estimated of 6 minutes. it was not busy expect for a few drive thru orders. i got there right in time and my food was ready but my GREEN TEA was not. i waited and ate my sandwich. i ordered a cup while i waited. i watched one girl look at my cup multiple times and walk away. two other ladies were also out on the floor. i continued to wait. a lady came in and ordered a green tea lemonade and got it before me. i asked for help and the lady barely looked at me. a 4th lady came out and finally made my drink (took 15 seconds) but i shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes for a green tea… especially when i ordered ahead. i wouldn’t mind if someone could have at least been kind to me.

I find the work ethic of the employees at this Starbucks to be fabulous!!! Service is always completed with a pleasant attitude and a smile on their faces. I order regularly and have for the past couple years. Staff are all very friendly, even when you can tell they are swamped. There was a brief period where I end up with the wrong drink twice in a week.. but generally things are great. Plus they are always willing to make it right!

I went in yesterday morning/noon, 11AM approximately. The gal at the drive thru was super friendly and cheery! I describe my drink the same EVERYTIME and no one has gotten it completely right until yesterday! It was hands down the best Frappuccino I’ve ever gad in my life I had it down within 5 minutes! I’ve done both dine in and take out. My experience with both has been bad. I was curious if anyone else also had bad experiences. I do mobile ordering so it’s easier for me to order exactly what I want. The first time my drink was made good. But had to much ice. I’m not picky but the first time I ordered I did mobile and went in. I saw my drink was already at the counter. There was no ordering line just people waiting for there orders. I said excuse me. No one answered me. I stood for a while. Then someone from the drive thru window came up to me asking what I needed. I said this is my order and asked if I needed to confirm it was me or anything. She had a snippy attitude with me and said no you can just take it and go. The second order I made there was almost no strawberry in it when I order two scoops and the woman at the window interrupted me to let me know I needed to wait at the order window to tell her why I was there. There was no one there. Because she interrupted .me she didn’t get my order name. I have never had this problem at ANY of the other Starbucks and the ladies are very nice to me at the other ones. So I will now drive to the other side of town everytime I want a drink. I recommend not coming here if you want customers always right cause they are not nice to there customers. I’ve given multiple chances.
