Have stopped here several times and have always had great service. Iced Caramel Macchiato and Chocolate Cream Cold Brew were awesome! Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Bathrooms were clean as was the place itself. Will stop here again.

My boyfriend stopped today(2/7/2026) around 11:10AM to get a coffee for me as I was working a double and did not have time to stop myself on my way in. I sent him a screenshot of what I wanted along with my manager’s order and he read off EXACTLY what the order was OFF THE STARBUCKS APP. The girl working the drive through was INCREDIBLY rude to him while ordering. Not only did she not comprehend what he was ordering, but then made HIM feel stupid for what and how he was ordering and the fact that she couldn’t understand what was being ordered. GIRL. YOU WORK THERE. If you can’t understand what is being ordered when the words are coming directly off the app, then maybe you need to reevaluate yourself, not make your customers feel like they are the problem. As someone who works in customer service, this is SAD. I understand having a bad day, but that doesn’t justify leaving your customers feeling stupid after an interaction. The coffee I got also tasted burnt and was straight syrup at the bottom – when I purposely removed a significant amount of syrup / sauces from the beverage. Making a coffee and being nice to people when its LITERALLY YOUR JOB is not that hard. DO BETTER.

I usually always go through drive through, and most times the service is okay but the last two times I’ve went a particular barista has been extremely rude. I asked if I could get extra base on a drink to have it a red color rather than pink (less base) the barista was extremely rude about it. I won’t come back to this Starbucks.

One of our favorite locations in the area hands down. Food and drinks are generally consistent here, but what really makes this location stand out is the amazing customer service. Janet never fails to make you smile with her kind, warm, and spunky personality. You can tell she (along with the rest of management and team) clearly truly care about their jobs and this shows with the entire staff. They are all always so cheerful, and ready to help. We stop here probably way more than we should, mostly just to see the staff (lol)! Props to the team here in Suamico!! Keep up the amazing work

Can’t seem to do anything correct here. Requested no ice, got a cup full of it. Asked for a venti got my cup basically halfway full. Taste like milk too and is supposed to taste like chai tea… I got milk in my fridge. Do not recommend.

I went through the drive through. Pulled up so other customer could get their order. Noticed I was short 10 dollars . Went inside I was told that they’d count drawer at end of night. They’d even drop it off. Since the employee didn’t live far from me. Got a text saying sorry you left premises we can’t do anything about it. Talked to corporate they said talk to store, we can’t do anything, talked to store manager he basically said it was my fault for paying cash because that’s what happened to him but different situation. So I’m out $10. I even asked for a gift card if they couldn’t give me cash. Well, of course the answer was no. I will never go to a Starbucks again.
