Came in today for a hour with my grandson. Was there and could not help but observe. I was lucky to experience the guy who was nice and got our drinks but he left shortly after . The girls there were not friendly at all . I observed 3 people at different times walk out after being ignored at the counter . I never saw one of them say Hi or smile or engage with anyone other than themselves . They all literally walked by the people at the counter . Just not a friendly atmosphere at all . Not a good look at all . Needs a overhaul and someone at that counter at all times

It is an Exelent place to drink coffee, work, and relax. The staff is very helpful and kind. There are a lot of options for you to choose what to eat and drink. This coffee shop is very clean and has beautiful artwork. This place is recommended to have a sip of luxury!

We got in the drive thru line at 12:23 pm and were behind maybe 6/7 cars, expected some wait time. Just pulled out of the drive thru after getting one drink at 12:50 pm. I normally try not to complain but I got an iced chai that has absolutely no chai flavor at all. Not sure what went wrong but very disappointing to wait almost a half hour for a messed up drink ): the employees were nice, though.

Just ordered a grande caramel brulee latte through the drive thru. What i got was espresso, steamed milk and whipped cream on top. NO SYRUP. Not even an attempt at anything good in this drink. The drive through wasn’t even busy. That was a total waste of money

This place USED to be worth going to. Now they have managers and employees who don’t make it right or value my daily money spent. I had an issue and now I got chastised when I go through the drive thru.

Ordered vanilla sweet cream, have ordered many times at others stores and it never came mixed like this. Asked to remake and the same thing again…then again so I gave up. It tastes like vanilla milk, no coffee flavor at all, very disappointed. These are kids making expensive drinks incorrectly.
Also the temperatures of coffee vs cream may be off so the drink is not looking as described on the menu. The staff also were irritated they were asked to remake it, what happened to customer service.
