AMBIANCE- It’s so pretty and spacious inside!! I couldn’t help but to take a picture of my friend while being inside because it just looked so aesthetic! not the mention, the outdoor area in the front is just as beautifully decorated and perfecttt for a warm day~ i will also note that they do have bathrooms here~

Rude management. Very mean and nasty. Mobile orders were not ready. I had to wait 35 minutes. I brought my dog inside because my drink wasn’t ready and was yelled at by management. Didn’t even ask if my dog was a service dog. So unprofessional.

Our local crew are great Very personable, they know our names. 25 bonus stars every time we use the reusable Starbucks cups. Store is always clean. Photos are from Lake Geneva store. Lake Geneva store is clean and great staff. One of my favorite stops when I’m shopping or out on a bike ride.

The store is very spacious and comfortable temperature, outside with a lawn under tall trees, it is located just a block off from the most crowded area of Lake Geneva, WI. Barista are friendly and prompt service.

Stopped by to have a little snack before our walk on the lake path. I had the Gouda, egg, and bacon and my husband had the saudage and egg sandwich. It was great fuel for our long walk!
