I personally won’t be back. I have been there countless times over the year and manage to have the same difficulties with the same barista. I will ask for my drink to be placed in a bigger cup with extra ice to dilute the drink because depending on the drink can be too much caffeine for me all at once. I am not asking for more of the drink and if it were to be felt I was, then I believe that opens up the opportunity to up-charge me for any additional drink added, which I would gladly pay just to have the drink be made the way I want without hassle. I am told that it cannot be done and I can be given a cup with ice to do it myself. If I am going to pay $8-9 for a single drink, I shouldn’t be doing anything but enjoying the drink. There is no scenario where I think I or anyone should have to when going into an establishment need to mix their own drink, pay a premium price, waste a cup and argue with someone. I have not had any issues with my order requests from any other location, nation wide as I frequent many different locations. This is not what I expect when walking into a premium coffee shop that is supposed to not just set the bar and standard, but to exceed that with an optimal experience. Instead of taking time to write something on my cup, I’d put more focus and emphasis on overall customer experience and accommodation. As customer service and experience is 9/10 more likely to cause reoccurring customers. Unfortunately, I have not had that experience with this particular barista. The other employees are always lovely and have been accommodating to me and my requests. I hope the needed adjustments are made so no one else is subjected to needing to bend or flex their wants. I’ve ordered countless times through Doordash and have gotten an array of items. Every drink I ever get is made incorrectly and tastes disgusting. When I go to the Starbucks in Grafton, they get it perfect every time. Get better workers, or do your job correctly. I don’t know why I keep expecting better.

Not sure what’s changed in the last few months here but everyday without doubt they are backed up 24/7 in the morning. Waiting times in the drive through have substantially grew to an annoyingly long time.

I come to this starbucks all the time, and it seems to be everytime i go during the morning they always take forever and they always mess up my drink, i went through the drive through today and ordered the new cannonball drink, i got this the other day in the afternoon as well, when i went in the afternoon it was fantastic, but this morning when i went, rather then doing just the coconut milk, the way i asked it to be, they either didn’t follow my instructions or they mixed coconut milk and lemonade. I’m sorry, who would ever want to drink coconut milk mixed with lemonade! This beyond was a horrible experience and I don’t understand how everytime i go during the day it is always horrible. I am so disappointed and very upset that i wasted my money on this awful service.

Ordered via Mobile before I even got to the store. Still ended up waiting close to 40 minutes for a drink. Everybody that walked up to the counter and threw a fit seemed to get their drink a little bit faster. Doesn’t seem like a great way to do business. Won’t go back.

Truely the nicest customer service I have ever experienced! On a long road trip, I stopped to get a state mug and one barista gave me tips about finding mugs, while another barista wrote a sweet welcome note on my cup! The small things make all the difference.

They really make going into a place without using the app an inconvenience. It feels like using cash it slows them down and they don’t have time for you.

Typically, I’m pleased with this Starbucks, however, today I was handed a Irish cream cold brew that the cover was not on because they filled it too much with ice, so if you put the cover on it would explode out the sippy hole. It also seemed like they swirled the drink because the cream was almost nonexistent and the coffee was light colored rather than being black coffee. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with the barista that made my drink this morning.

The Saukville Starbucks is by far my favorite Starbucks.

The staff at this location provide exceptional service. They are quick, accurate and friendly.

The exterior of the store is well maintained but I will say, parking is an issue at this location. There aren’t a lot of spots, and several of the parking spots get blocked by the drive through traffic.

The interior is always clean and well stocked with plenty of seating.
