Ordered online, phone says they recieved the order at 5:19pm. OK I have time for errands, cool. After I get those done I head to pick up my order although it still says not complete, its been 45 mins at this point. Went inside asked if it was ready, they said yes its been sitting here. When I asked for them to remake it because its been sitting for an hour and I never got a notification. “No we can’t do that” … they wanted to charge me $40 for an order that sat out for an hour without notification. Do better!!

UPDATE: Went here the other day and they completely missed our order as people came and went for 10 minutes we were still standing there wondering where our food was. They finally asked if we had ordered something. Really? So they figured out they forgot our order and quickly made it. Then all we got was “oops sorry”.

My wife and I ordered the toasted roast beef and cheddar but was not expecting the excessive amount of horse reddish. It was so bad it made our nose and eyes burn. We had to scrape atleast half the sandwich off just to eat it but it didn’t help. At this point the only thing you could taste was the horse reddish. So what im saying if you get this sandwich tell them lite on the sauce.

Not freaky fast anymore. Also they mess up orders by adding allergens you’ve requested to be left off (e.g., cheese). You go in for a pickup after being notified it’s ready and then haven’t even started the order yet, and the employees think it’s funny while they’re listening to explicit music.

This location is not freaky fast! I waited over 15 mins for them to make 3 sandwiches and it was not busy at all. People who ordered after me, were served their sandwiches way before me. Customer service is really lacking here. They would rather stand around and talk than serve customers. I will not return to this location.

Ordered 2 wraps today and both were mashed up and rolled up with the paper wrapped into the wrap and completely fell apart. As well as scraps of food all over the inside of the wrapper. Makes it impossible to eat properly. Usually have a good experience not sure who is making them but maybe have them slow down and do it right.

Food was good. Customer service experience was below expectation. Maybe it is the new norm to not even greet a customer when you approach the register… but I won’t accept that as a reason. Is it also normal for employees to stand at the register and just scroll on their phones? No more trying to even hide it? Just don’t care to go somewhere where I feel like an inconvenience. Still gets 3 because I like the food.
