I go to Starbucks several times a week and always get the toasted white chocolate mocha. Always made correctly. The last two days I’ve been in the same employee has charged and made something I didn’t order. Wasting my time and money. I gave the benefit of the doubt that maybe I just ordered it wrong the first day. Until I went back the next day. Will not be going back to this location.

The lady taking my order didn’t hear me correctly and so my drink was a frappuccino instead of a cappuccino. I waited until the end of their rush and politely said what I ordered. Not a single employee of the three there apologized to me. The younger two girls attitudes were bad the entire time I was there. They remade my order, but made me feel like I was inconveniencing them when it’s their job. I don’t normally write reviews but I was very disappointed after experiencing this interaction.

I was in the area and my drink was made wrong. I ordered a pink drink and it was mostly milk. The girls seemed uninterested in working. Customer service was handled poorly when I pointed out that my drink didn’t look correct. I’ll just stick with spirit lake from now on.

Great cup of coffee….my favorite coffee at Starbucks by far is a grande Americano with an extra shot of espresso. My wife enjoys her grande mocha latte. Starting your day off with a great cup of coffee from Starbucks will make for a terrific day.

Still not happy you can buy a new cup from Starbucks and have it filled but you can’t bring your own in to be filled. 40 ppl could of handled the one you was buying. Starbucks is still a good coffee.
