I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, I’ve had good experiences here before that’s why I keep coming back. But lately, I’ll order on the app, it says 10 minutes. I arrive after 10 minutes and the order is not ready. If it’s busy of course I can wait a few minutes. But when you have to wait another 20 minutes for a single black coffee it seems excessive. This is the second time this month I’ve had to leave without my order after an excessive wait. Even after ordering online and giving ample time to make the drink. I understand sometimes it gets busy, but there are times you will only see 2 drinks come out in 10 minutes and it’s disheartening.

Chelsea is the best! She is so nice and just such a light. I usually have a great experience here, Chelsea will have absolutely no problem if a drink needs to be remade, however today I received an attitude from a different lady when I asked for one of my drinks to be remade – the other needed to be remade as well but it seemed they didn’t understand how to make what I was asking for – if someone asks for “no water” you don’t give them more milk, or add water anyway – you add more of the drink. My chai tea latte with no water is mostly milk, and it tastes too sweet. My green tea still had water added so I let them know it wasn’t supposed to have water and I could tell it did have water, and I got an attitude for that. Regardless, usually I have a good experience here so hopefully it was just one bad day.

Terrible. Went there months ago and ordered inside and waited almost a half hour for two drinks while everyone else who ordered online got served. Tried again last week and the exact same thing happened. If you can’t serve people that order inside in a timely manner it shouldn’t be an option. Won’t be going back give your money to smaller coffee shops they do better anyway.

Frequent customer. Chelsea, Rae, and Fernando are all amazing as well as other staff. If an order is ever not right they make it right. Busy location during certain times bit worth the wait. I won’t go anywhere else.

I have tried several times to like Starbucks. And I’m a coffee/espresso freak but, I’m just not into them. I have found local coffee shops make way better drinks. I really can’t recommend Starbucks at all.

The absolute worst. 25 minute wait for a Venti Pike. No room. No cream. Literally just pour coffee in a cup. Older couple in front of me were waiting on a Decaf Americano. Waited for 10 mins before they asked the girl. Her response. “I have to make the online orders, I have to make the orders as the print out, do you want a refund”. … this place literally turns away business. No urgency. Not a care in the world for anyone’s time. 8 people working a coffee shop and can’t even pour a black coffee in less than 20 mins. Unbelievable.
