Teresa who works at the drive thru most mornings is so sweet and friendly every single time I come to this location. I don’t know how she manages to have such a good attitude every day! I always have good experiences with the other employees here and the drinks always taste good. The team will always have a suggestion for an alternative menu item if they’re out of something.

I haven’t had any Starbucks since 2019. I visited this location a few weeks ago to grab an old favorite and I’ve been there almost every other day. The employees are always in good spirits full of smiles and know how to greet you. Some mornings are tougher than others. To have someone brighten your day with a great attitude and your favorite drink is a winning combination. Great job.

The absolute worst Starbucks in the state of Michigan. They can never get my light ice right, extra cold foam right, or even a sweet cream cold brew right. I’m absolutely done. Before I started to pour it out I decided to make a review because this is my absolute last time going to this location.

While I’m generally grateful for the service I get at this location-today’s experience was very poor. I sat for 5 minutes in front of the speaker to even place my order, then another 5+ minutes at the window to pay and get my coffee-which was sitting ready to go on the counter for several minutes before they opened the window. When I got to my office I discovered the top 3 inches of the cup were all foam, not coffee.
Don’t go to this location today if you’re expecting good service and a good drink.

The most terrible starbucks ever… drinks are always made wrong , wait time is always terrible even when orders are placed thru the app for pickup before hand. Clearly no one knows how to make drinks .. was given a $4 credit on a gift card just for it not to work. Workers always have attitudes too when they need to worry about they drink making which is shit , starbucks cost too much $$$ as is.

The place was impeccably clean, but unfortunately, the customer service left much to be desired. Despite patiently waiting at the cashier for a solid 7 minutes, I wasn’t greeted by anyone or taken care of until much later. When I finally got some attention and tried to place my order, I found out that they didn’t even have what I was looking for. Frustrated and disappointed, I ended up leaving the establishment empty-handed.

My first lesson was last week, when the drive-thru host refused to take my order through the screen. When I asked why so, she sighed and said “just come to the window.” No explanation, just pure, unadulterated nonsense. I, of course, drove away.
Foolishly, I returned for Part Two today. This time, she did take my order, only to have me wait at the window while she just stood there holding a gallon of milk and prioritized a call. Spoiler alert: I drove away again.
Mind you, both times, I spared some time on my way to work. Ended up being late with no drink!
You clearly have a foundational problem with professionalism and a blatant disrespect for your customers’ time. Since you can’t seem to master making drinks correctly, maybe you could at least try to master basic efficiency? Apparently, that’s asking too much. I’m done.

This Starbucks is the WORST. And it’s been this way for the past year. Every time I come to this location the Barista does not listen to me and gets my order wrong. There’s always a ridiculously long line of cars and you’ll be waiting for over 15/20 minutes. I can no longer come to this location, which sucks because it’s around the corner from my job.

This location really needs better management and training. Every visit here has involved an extended wait time, and I’ve had to remind staff of my order more than once just to get them to start making it. Even then, drinks often come out wrong. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff seems friendly most of the time, but the friendliness doesn’t make up for the lack of competence. Honestly, you’re better off skipping this store and heading to another nearby Starbucks where they actually get your order right and move with a sense of urgency.

Dale actually went out of his way to not advocate for my husband who has disabilities. About a week ago I called in and placed a pick up and it went perfectly fine as my husband has a stutter/speech impediment and talking in public places basically makes it so nothing even comes out. I call as normal for him as he’s in the parking lot and idk who DALE is but the new management went out of his way to tell me no I could not place the order on the phone as he walks in when all he wanted was a grande iced chai tea latte.
