Highly recommend for the vibes!!
A couple weeks ago, I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha, decaf, with cold foam. They handed me an iced peppermint mocha instead. I didn’t notice until I pulled off, so I walked back inside with the actual receipt… and the manager tells me, “We can’t be fixing drinks.” Excuse me?? You can’t fix a drink YOU messed up? Wild.
Then yesterday, I ordered an ice water with strawberry purée something I’ve been getting for YEARS and the guy says, “We can’t do that, but I’ll do it this one time.” Sir… yes you CAN do it. What is happening with this location??
This store needs some serious retraining and new management because the attitude and the incompetence are getting out of hand.
I wanted to share a disappointing experience my wife and I had during our recent visit. The young girl taking our order was noticeably rude and disrespectful to my wife throughout the ordering process. Despite the receipt reflecting the correct order, the drinks we received were incorrect—hot drinks were cold, cold drinks were hot, and sizes were not as requested.
When we politely asked for the order to be corrected, the employee muttered something under her breath, which felt very unprofessional. After finally receiving the correct drinks, she sarcastically said, “Have a day,” while rolling her eyes and flicking her hair back.
We understand mistakes happen, but the attitude and lack of basic courtesy were upsetting. We hope this can be addressed so future customers are treated with more respect.
