I went in one evening a few weeks ago. There was 3 employees working. They were way more concerned with their closing duties than completing orders and providing customer service. It took 10 minutes to receive my order, there was barely anyone in the store.

The staff at this location in particular make the morning coffee rush a pleasant experience. The staff works very hard and it shows. This has to be one of the busiest Starbucks locations around, and you can tell the staff take every opportunity to show great customer service and complete all orders in a timely manner. And most importantly, the drinks are great!! I hope they don’t have to deal with any mean customers because they are truly such a nice staff!

Stop here multiple times per week and am finally mad enough to leave a review. More than half the times I order from this location my drinks taste like burnt coffee. I generally order the White Chocolate Mocha and its like a different recipe is used each time. Some times its super sweet, some times its burnt and some times it just taste like plain coffee. I am very disappointed in the quality of this location.

Was in the area looking for an aesthetic Starbucks outlet and we found this on google! Got here and was blown away by the aesthetics of the place. The morning sun hits the interior nicely to create that calm effect and the coffee aroma makes this place perfect to enjoy our coffee in.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but this Starbucks location has gotten ridiculous.

A couple weeks ago, I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha, decaf, with cold foam. They handed me an iced peppermint mocha instead. I didn’t notice until I pulled off, so I walked back inside with the actual receipt… and the manager tells me, “We can’t be fixing drinks.” Excuse me?? You can’t fix a drink YOU messed up? Wild.
Then yesterday, I ordered an ice water with strawberry purée something I’ve been getting for YEARS and the guy says, “We can’t do that, but I’ll do it this one time.” Sir… yes you CAN do it. What is happening with this location??
This store needs some serious retraining and new management because the attitude and the incompetence are getting out of hand.

Hello,

I wanted to share a disappointing experience my wife and I had during our recent visit. The young girl taking our order was noticeably rude and disrespectful to my wife throughout the ordering process. Despite the receipt reflecting the correct order, the drinks we received were incorrect—hot drinks were cold, cold drinks were hot, and sizes were not as requested.

When we politely asked for the order to be corrected, the employee muttered something under her breath, which felt very unprofessional. After finally receiving the correct drinks, she sarcastically said, “Have a day,” while rolling her eyes and flicking her hair back.

We understand mistakes happen, but the attitude and lack of basic courtesy were upsetting. We hope this can be addressed so future customers are treated with more respect.

While I was working I overheard a new trainee was working. When I was watching how she was trained it honestly broke my heart. The whole team left her to do a bunch of orders on her own to do whatever I couldn’t even really see them doing anything. When I saw she was struggling her trainer was on the phone and giving what seemed like sassy additude. I dont know what the manager is doing to help her but it didn’t seem like much. The way employers act and treat eachother even affects the customers. It’s sad to watch the starbucks I love and know reflect this behavior. Please do something about this.

In definitely wasn’t impressed. The squad on 11/2/24 around mid afternoon was not the A squad. Store was good and clean. I ordered about 10 min before I got there and they hadn’t even looked at the ticket. And it was definitely a ghost town. No recent rush. No crowd. Disappointing. Isn’t the point of the app to not sit there waiting?

Mixed feeling about this location. One time service was soooo slowwww it was beyond frustrating. It wasn’t that they were busy. Just slow. The drink was running down the outside of my cup. Just sloppy. No care. But other times it’s been ok. I only go when it’s my only option.
