Service was great! The food was pretty good, especially the egg flower soup. The green pepper beef was also pretty good, but a bit too salty. The portion sizes were very generous for the price. I would definitely come back!

Polite staff. Terrible food. Ordered a tangerine chicken salad. The chicken was dehydrated and the ingredients were iceberg lettuce and bagged and canned carrots and mandarin oranges. Asian salads are known to be fresh and flavorful. This was a jailhouse side salad.

Ordered orange chicken and the chicken was soft and gummy with runny sauce. Tastes nothing like any orange chicken that I’ve ever had! It’s flavorless, so I had to toss it. Couldn’t bring myself to eat more than two bites. Sighs…I guess my search continues for good Chinese food in this area.

Walked out of here absolutely full, with a bunch of leftovers having paid extremely reasonable prices for the food and service. The staff was friendly, helpful and was consistently keeping an eye on us making sure our needs were met. I tried 5 different menu items as my whole group shared and each one was delicious. I noticed they have some amazing lunch specials and an excellent Ramen menu so I’ll be returning soon.

I ordered 2 meals for $47, one for me and one for a friend next door who just drove into town. Turns out both of our meals were awful. I ordered shrimp w snow peas and it had NO flavor or taste. I spoke with my friend the next day and she said hers was so bad she fed it to her dogs. I brought mine back in its original packaging with the receipt and they said they would only give me a refund on my order. Then for 15 minutes, the woman told me that she was waiting for the owner to give her a code so she could do the refund then at 20 minutes, she told me that her owner said that it hadn’t been returned on the same day so they wouldn’t refund the money. My family has been eating here since Red Ginger opened. I am going to let all of my friends how I was treated. There are too many other restaurants that appreciate their customers. I won’t be going back to Red Ginger in Temecula.

Lady’s and Gentlemen this is Temecula best Asian food in the city. The menu has a variety of options and pricing is very reasonable. The waitress was very attentive. The restaurant is clean. The food is fresh, appealing and delicious. If you haven’t had it what are you waiting for, go and find out for yourself.

This is a nice restaurant. The atmosphere is quiet and the temperature is perfect. The food was tasty but, way too pricey for what you get. For instance, I got the seafood Ramen and it only contained 2 shrimp and imitation shrimp. For $16 I think that 2 shrimp is not worth the price. My aunt got wonton soup and it contained 2 won tons and 2 shrimp for $10. Not hearty or filling. Also, The boiled egg tasted as if it had been floating in salt water all day. It was literally a grey/black egg.

Been coming here for probably 20 years, our favorite. But the past few times I’m not sure what happened to the food. Appears to have coincided with the remodel. Like others have stated, the chicken is limp and watery with sauce. The House Chicken used to be crisp, light coating with a sauce that stuck to it. The stuff I got yesterday was just long strips of straight chicken in a watery sauce over full huge pieces of broccoli and some cabbage. Our kids loved their chicken nuggets, used to be the best around. Crisp on the outside, juicy on the inside. Not sure what we received. Mushy pieces of breaded chicken. So disappointing. The wonton soup had zero flavor. Salt? Unfortunately, something happened here. Some advice, go back to the way you were.

This our family’s go-to whenever we need food for the masses! Very tasty and reasonable. Can’t go wrong with delivery or pick-up! We l ve these dishes: General chicken, green beans, kum pao, and orange chix. We always grab their soups when kids are sick. Definitely recommend!
