Went to Starbucks for a little break after work. I had no idea what I wanted; I have a caffeine sensitivity and need to be careful about what I order. The two girls working there today (sadly I didn’t get their names) were SO sweet and gave me a couple options. I finally settled on a refresher with coconut milk. I can say, without exaggerating, that it was probably the best iced drink I’ve had there (next to the Frappuccino; I could never hate a milkshake). I hope the employees who helped me see this because they made the whole visit worth it!

On 1/11 around 11:31 AM, I visited this Starbucks and had the absolute pleasure of being greeted by Corrine. This absolute QUEEN of person answered the speaker with a cheerful “Hi, how you doing today” and it felt very personal and warm and it was exactly what I needed this morning. AND THEN when I get to the window she took payment, gave me my drinks and took care of who was behind me all while still holding a captivating conversation, she complimented my sweater and everything. This woman is everything she thinks she is, plus some. I loved her energy and made sure to make her aware. I frequently visit this Starbucks for my favorite frappe, especially after my night shifts. Unfortunately, my experiences with Jo, who I often see working there, have been less than pleasant.
While I don’t expect much beyond friendly service, Jo often has an attitude that makes my visits uncomfortable. I’ve also overheard her speaking about previous customers, which feels unprofessional. It’s disappointing, as I really enjoy my drinks and want to feel welcome when I stop by.

The worst Starbucks location in the area! I’m not one to complain or ask for something to be remade, but the last few times I’ve stopped at this location my drinks are never filled up.

This drive thru location is sloooooowwwwww. It does not matter what time you go through there but they are the slowest drive thru I have been through. Typically I go daily since its the closest location, I will start going to the Kroger Starbucks since it takes forever to get my drink. Pumpkin bread is never warmed up the right way. Typically hard and cold. People are nice and my frappucino is always bitter.

I stopped by Starbucks for a mid-morning coffee and it was a pretty average experience. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and a breakfast sandwich. The drink was good, as expected, but the sandwich was a bit overcooked and dry. The staff was polite but didn’t seem particularly friendly or welcoming. The store was clean but pretty crowded, and it took longer than usual to get my order. It’s a reliable place for coffee, but this visit didn’t really stand out from any other chain coffee shop.

I will say morally I am against Starbucks and have been boycotting for atleast a year now. But I got a gift card for my birthday and figured I’d might as well use it. The cashier was incredibly kind and extremely helpful! If I knew her name I’d shout her out. Excellent quick service and great employees.

frequent visitor here. i ordered a vanilla bean danish along w 2 drinks. my danish was left at the window so we returned to get it obviously. the danish was hard and cold so naturally, we requested a fresh danish. the SAME danish was was warmed and handed to me BURNED.. i order this about daily and i know how it comes. it was disrespectful & lazy. something so simple could’ve been done in under 3 min & instead of providing a fresh danish they would rather reheat an old one..
