The Arancini was absolutely fantastic!! The bartender Patricia was friendly and amazing.

The swordfish was overdone and slightly tough but still pretty good. The glaze was very flavorful.

The Espresso Ribeye was overcooked and overall disappointing. The description sounded so good, but in reality it was dry and not flavorful. We asked for medium rare but as you will see in the pics it was more like we’ll done.

The strawberry mousse was really good and pretty much any perfect size for sharing with someone.

Went for Christmas dinner so I had high hopes. When we were first seated, we were told we only had two hours because our table was booked. Really no big deal but probably not a way to greet guests who were about to drop a shiny nickel. There are other ways to handle guests who linger. Ordered stuffed lobster and was told the chefs were still cooking the lobster and it wouldn’t be done until later in the evening. Our steaks were good, truffle fries excellent, cocktails were mediocre and the West Indies crab salad couldve been made by 12 year old niece and it probably would’ve tasted better. Although our server was nice, she lacked in follow through and follow up. The best thing about our whole experience was the entertainment. Lovely singer with great personality. I’m not saying don’t give it a go, just know it may not be worth that shiny nickel.

A Birthday Night to Remember at The Sapphire Supper Club

After a sun-soaked getaway in Pensacola, I wanted to treat my girlfriend to something special for her birthday—and The Sapphire Supper Club in Biloxi delivered a night to remember. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the tone: elegant, inviting, and buzzing with energy.

Our culinary journey began with stuffed mushrooms that were rich, savory, and perfectly portioned. The classic wedge salad followed, crisp and refreshing with just the right balance of creamy dressing and crunchy bacon. For the entrée, I went with the Chicken Marsala. While it didn’t quite hit the high notes I was hoping for, everything else more than made up for it. The crème brûlée was a showstopper—silky custard beneath a flawless caramelized crust.

But the real star of the evening? The live music. It was absolutely phenomenal and elevated the entire experience. The performers brought warmth, soul, and rhythm that made the night feel like a celebration from start to finish.

The restaurant doesn’t have a full menu on Tuesday evenings, which we knew and that was fine. Thought we’d have a drink and decide where to eat. The bartender was ok, very difficult to describe his personality. Not a warm and fuzzy, kinda guy and somewhat aloof. Other people at the bar drinking and we overheard him tell one that they DO have the full menu starting at 7pm. (It’s about 6:15 now) We decided to order a burger and truffle fries from the bar menu. That’s another story altogether, though the food was outstanding! I’m putting it down to the service, which was less than lukewarm.

Oh, What a Night!! Celebrated a birthday here and it was so much fun. The food and entertainment was top notch. The service is excellent, it’s what really made our night. Patricia (bartender) is the best!! Her drinks are top notch. Olivia (waitress) was very attentive and so kind. Michael (manager) made sure everything was to our liking. It’s so nice to have great customer service in a world where it’s becoming non-existent. Highly recommend the filet, sweet potatoes, shrimp cocktail and the huge pork chop. Outstanding food. This was more than a meal, it was a great experience. Cocktails, great food, awesome interactive entertainment and dancing. We had the time of our lives!!!

We had a party of 4 here for Christmas dinner. 2 ordered Filet Mignon, one Ribeye and one chicken marsala. Twice baked potato, sweet potato and baked Mac and cheese for sides. Individual meals were $50 – $60 and delicious. Great live entertainment made for an intimate spot and a special night. Desserts and cocktails were tasty as well. Server Amber was a sweetheart. Overall bill wasn’t inexpensive, but all felt it was great bang for the buck and we had a great night. We’ll be back for sure.

Our first time eating here, we went for my wife’s birthday. The venue is small and made for fantastic service. We were very warmly greeted when we entered and our waitress, Eliana, truly made our dinning experience wonderful. The food was stellar and had no wait on drinks from the bar. Live entertainment topped the evening and made for a very memorable experience. Definitely 10/10!

Fun supper club with live entertainment featuring crooning Frank Sinatra and 50’s music. Starting the evening with Espresso martini’s and negroni drinks that were excellent. Then on to a tizer, we ordered the duck confit egg rolls which were also excellent. Dinner was very good featuring lamb chops my spouse loved and I had the snapper amandine, the best I’ve ever had! As agreed by my husband when he sampled. The sides were a disappointment however, my spouse had the bees knees brussel sprouts which were over done and basically disintegrated in your mouth so no substance to them. I had the angel hair pasta with crabmeat that had a funky taste and I couldn’t eat it. They served a baked French loaf bread that was not fresh and a sweet honey butter that actually didn’t go well together and did not have any regular butter when asked.
We ended our meal with a praline Alexander that was delicious and a great finish to our wonderful evening.
Except for the “sides” we thought the food was very good and great lively entertainment. We would definitely visit again!
