I go to this Starbucks daily. Typically it’s a great experience, and the staff are helpful and friendly. However today I went there and got a totally different experience. I ordered a drink that I have ordered many times before, but when I got the drink it looked much different than what it usually does. There’s obviously something missing or something included that shouldn’t be. I told the barista, an older lady with glasses, she seemed offended. She then proceeded to tell me that the way she made it was exactly how they ALWAYS are made. She indicated that I ordered it wrong, which after looking at the label, it’s clear I didn’t. She was extremely rude, and without fixing the drink or hearing me out she condescendingly and totally rude said “ you have a nice day”. The drink I ordered was a paradise drink. Picture of what I got is attached, as well as a picture of what it should look like. The drink I got was very dark, like orange juice. I’ve never seen it made this way, and further more it’s disgusting, very sour.

I can tell you in my 6 years in Indiana is the first in a car service that an employee is like me. A nice friendly person with an excellent joy to treat a client. A guy who is on the lookout if the customer is satisfied with his food and if you liked it or not to change your drink. A charismatic young man who has to socialize with people. I liked his vibe so much, his way of talking to me, treating me and giving me the best service in all the places that I have gone to order food from a window. The truth is the best place I can go again to eat and feel at home. Starbucks kokomo store# 2703. Please, manager, rate this guy. I’m not sure of his name, but he attended me today, Jun 16, 23, at 5:39 pm. For me he deserves an award for being who he is to treat customers. I give it 1000 points. Thank you for your services from now on I will visit the store whenever I can and I hope this sweet young man is working.

It was very busy but the woman waiting on me was very nice and wasn’t flustered by anything. Lots of parking but maneuvering the parking lot is a bit of a challenge. As with most Starbucks the drive through had a long line but the inside is spacious.

Literally the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Second time coming here within a week. Placed an online order, show up, they say their online order system is down. Line is wrapped around the building. Multiple people said they’ve been waiting 45 min to an hour. They only had one line open to service people. Zero sense of urgency and zero customer service skills. Unacceptable behavior from this location.

I only choose this over Alto when i have no other choice. I literally cant remember the last time i had a good drink or even a decent one from this location. The Frapachinos are always so thick you cant drink them and it always tastes like NO syrup is added either. Maybe it’s because i get soy milk is why i thought but i go to other Starbucks all the time and never have a problem? I normally suffer through the problem. Even today i did say something and i try to be the least of a problem possible so im like can you just gove me sugar packets at least. I was given three for a venti. It at least has some flavour now but its still really bitter!

not very friendly with the exception of the woman who was taking orders. i specifically said latte, hot but received a double shot poured over very cold oatmilk. no one bothered to called out my order. coffee is suuuper bitter, tasted like it had already pressed once before.
