This Starbucks ♀️ ✨️ Always did a good job when I went here to this location. I have been inside the Starbucks ✨️ and through the drive thru. Excellent at both and always got my order right. I will say through this drive thru is really packed usually and there is a bit of a wait in the drive thru. Other than that it is pretty cool . 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible service. I made my order on the app, café mocha with whipped cream, two of them. Stopped by to get them. When I went in only one was done. No biggie, I’ll wait. Well I stood there for a good while. Others came and went, getting their orders easily. After some younger guys came in, ordered, sat down and were served right away,I finally asked if I had been forgotten. I mean, I stood there a loooong time. Oh, yeah, they say… I was forgotten (in plain sight). They finally made my other café mocha, now that the first one was cold. I took it any way and went to the car. Cold. No whipped cream. Terrible service. Needless to say, that’s a Starbucks we’ll never go to again.

Whoever made the chai teas yesterday March 7 in the am
Made the worst chai I have ever had yet. Talk about tasting watered down, absolutely no flavor at all, ordered 3 of them a like. All of them were disgusting. Was thrown out undrinkable, what really pisses me off it was from door dash so not a whole lot could’ve been done. Honestly how can you screw up chai tea up so bad. It’s pumps of chai and milk. Seriously do better! People at Starbucks are gonna wait for their drinks, make em right and slow down.

The drinks I’ve gotten here have always been good. They often run out of certain items and the wait is usually pretty long during peak hours. The drive through is not long enough and can cause a traffic jam.

This is by far the worst Starbucks in Fort Wayne and now that you have made it to where we can’t get our own drinks it is even worse. Your barista can’t even give out the names of the drinks that are being sat out so we sit longer and wait until finally somebody acknowledges us and don’t let them know that nobody saying the names because none of your people care about customer service. by far the worst Starbucks in Fort Wayne I have made so many complaints and yet nothing ever changes because there’s no expectations to be good.

Visited this location tonight & want to give high praise for Logan (barista )! He is one of the most efficient , pleasant workers I have dealt with in Ft Wayne. I usually don’t write reviews, but his personality, efficiency, and work ethic led me to write this. This store is lucky to have such a good worker!!

The lady in the pic identified herself as Karen. She decided to live up to her name. I ordered a Nitro cold brew with cold foam vanilla cream on top. They’re running a special and got my order confused for it. So when I asked for it to be remade like the normal nitro cold brew with foam on top (not cream mixed in), the girl, Becca, was confused and consulted with Karen. Karen then decided to yell at me across the coffee bar in meijer, while she had a line of three people waiting to order. She kept insisting I ordered it wrong and attempted to tell me the right way to order (which is what I ordered). I told her I ordered correctly and I think she was confused and then asked if there was a problem? Was there a price difference? She says no, and then proceeds to say, “Well you need to know how to order it right in future…” and begins to lecture me, loudly. It was mortifying. I told her I was not engaging in a fight over it while she was three deep in customers, and asked Becca just to continue remaking it (she was almost done), which Karen proceeds to CONTINUE ranting at me while an old lady is right at her register trying to order. I had my headphones in and luckily just spoke to her to stop yelling at me across the bar and that she was being incredibly unprofessional and rude, and that I couldn’t believe this was happening. Never in my life have I encountered something like this, she was adamant about winning a fight I never wanted to participate in! I hope management reflects on who they have in their stores, too. I’ve worked at coffee shops for years in college, too, and no way would I have ever spoken to a customer in that manner. And I come here ALL THE TIME. Not anymore!

I have never Waited this long for Starbucks in my life. The wait was unreal, I ended up leaving before getting all of my items even though I had paid because I did not have the patience to wait 10 more minutes for subpar coffee. Would never go to this location again.
