I don’t know who the lady is who’s always working here, but she’s always so bubbly and nice! Me and my boyfriend went in today and ordered our normal drink, and forgot my cold foam. She took completely responsibly that she forgot and remade it, and I think there was a little extra lol, but she’s so sweet! Always love this Starbucks, definitely a good one to come to!

I’ve never posted a negative review in my life just to give perspective on how awful my experience at this store was. I’ve never been treated so rudely. I called with my concerns and was hung up on twice. The first time was an “accident.” I know good help is hard to find, but damn. I’ll never be back! If you like waiting 30 minutes for an overpriced cup of coffee and being treated like trash by an entitled teenager, this is the place to go!

I am a frequent Starbucks customer. For some reason every time I order a 1/2 caffe americano they serve it lukewarm. Every time for the past couple of years this happens only at this location. Someone needs to train them how to serve hot coffee.

This is one of the worst Starbucks. The wait is unnecessarily long and no communication prior to waiting long (no hello one moment etc…just silence). Yesterday I sat at the window and watch the staff stand there and chat about getting off work while my food and drink sat there. After their conversation I was then handed my items.

This location is my favorite place to sit & work while my kids attend local club and 4H functions. It’s always clean and the aesthetic is lovely. My drinks are always made perfect. The staff is always kind and friendly!

Very friendly batista, who was also exceptionally patient with me while I was ordering. Some locations expect you to know what you want when you show up, and for folks who don’t go outbto get coffee often it is a bit of a turn off from the whole franchise. Very welcoming location with quick service and delicious coffee.

I love their cold brew coffee and discovered that in the afternoon there is a better crew who greet you and they know how to make drinks that you ordered. I think they are pretty awesome too!

Rude staff. After waiting for ten minutes I went up to ask how long it would be. I was ignored for three minutes while getting dirty looks from staff. Finally I got someones attention and the girl rolled her eyes at me and said “well you just have to wait.” I only had three drinks. Other people came, ordered, got their drinks, and left while I was still waiting. I waited another fifteen and then just gave up and left when I realized they had not even started one of my drinks.
